ProHeal Sit To Stand Lift

We use this for my 94 year old mother who had a debilitating stroke 1.5 years ago. We’ve been using it since Jan 2025, about 6x per day. Mom was absolutely frightened of the hoyer lift and full body sling that didn’t allow her to see where she was going and carried like a baby in a bag. She has carpet in her bedroom, so we covered the carpet with industrial weight plastic sheets. The sit and stand moves fine on carpet without the person, but nearly impossible to move with the weight of a person. We use EZ Assist sit to stand transfer sling no FC240451M. Important to position it lower on the back than you may think to get good coverage for person’s bottom. If you want less coverage for bottom due to toileting, it can be adjusted. Mom said s 5’4” and 160.

This was purchased for my mother. It allowed us to be able to keep her at home while giving the care she needed.

Worth its weight in GOLD! Easy to use, Moves around good. It has an adjustable base that allows you to move up to a reclining chair and a wheel chair. Taking care of someone that you can't lift? This is perfect. I bought others and had to return them. This is made well, dependable. I can't say enough good things about this lift. Has saved trips to the ER. NO longer have to call 911 to get someone out of a chair.

My dad is in the last stages of dementia. We used a sit to stand by ProHeal for a few years, until he wasn’t able to lift himself. This lift has been a life saver for us. It not only helps to loft my dad but saves our backs. It also allows us to keep him home and give him the care that he needs. We are so thankful that ProHeal exists and sells on Amazon.

I would give this lift a one star for assembly problems. It had to be sent to a machine shop, at additional cost to me to grind and machine down metal left in the interior of the bumper adjustment channel which prohibited the insertion of the bar. It was caused by a drill pushing material into the interior. If a test assembly or quality control inspection had been done, the unit would have never been sent out like that. It should have been returned, but I am bedridden and unable to get things done in a timely manner. Be careful when purchasing this unit.

My husband had a stroke and cannot move left side of his body. It applied me to bring him home from nursing home. It is very heavy to move.

OMG! This machine is a miracle for me. My wife weighs 220 and has had hip surgery. After 2 months of hospital & rehab facility, they released her to go home, even though she can't (won't?) stand or walk. There was no way I could deal with the bathroom issues without it. I pick her up, pull away the wheelchair, and slide the bedroom commode under her, then lower her down & she does her thing. I found it pretty easy to put together, but use your own tools to save lots of time. If you need this lift, I wish you the best of luck. You have a hard road ahead. All I can really say is that this lift has been very good for me and my needs.

The world's most expensive coat rack...because that's all it's good for! Spent 4 hours putting it together and NOTHING on it works! Brand new and it won't charge..says exchange the battery pack. The pedal that supposedly opens and closes the base doesn't work..stuck in the open position so impossible to move down the hall. One of the casters is stuck so it doesn't spin and you can't steer it. It weighs over 100 pounds so impossible to take apart, box up, put in a car and return! A complete waste of money. My next message is to the Better Business Bureau. Do not even THINK of purchasing this!!!
