Valslide Discs - Color: Black

The booklet full of exercises makes for the perfect quick and easy workout. I love that I can travel with this as well! Never an excuse to get chubby! Only thing I could complain about is that some of the exercises for these require weights and bands, but those are easy and cheap to acquire. Definitely worth my money and time! (However if your carpet is dirty, it will pick up some of that dirt/dust.)

My trainer loves these and so do I. They provide a versatile workout and an important adjunct to a fitness routine.

If I had known that these required carpet to work properly, I would have purchased one of the other brands that work on hard surfaces. There's nothing in the product description on Amazon that says a carpeted surface is required; I only found that information on the inside of the pamphlet. Ironically, the front says "Do it anywhere". If you're planning to use these at the gym, the instructions advise you to bring a rug, bath mat, or towel to slide on. Apparently there are also "booties" that you can buy to slide on top of the ValSlides. One star deducted for misleading advertising. As for condition, these were obviously repackaged as the slider surface had scuffs and scratches all over them right out of the packaging. One star deducted for being a used product sold as new. Functionally, they work as advertised and would certainly make a good addition to a suitcase for a hotel room workout or a small carpeted area at home. Unfortunately, neither my garage or my regular gym have carpet, so these are aren't exactly a useful addition to my fitness equipment.

These are the best sliding discs .the enclosed booklet gives a bunch of exercises not related to using the discs. Not sure why.

Love these to do the Lagree method at home. Plenty of space for your feet and glide effortlessly. Well made.

I like how well made these are. I primarily use these for side leg extensions in a semi-squat (basically using it for thigh toning). Combined with a resistance band/loop, this helps mimic the slide and ease of using gym machines and equipment at a fraction of the cost of a gym membership. I'm a really big fan.
