After a week of use, the KEMFORD ankle compression sleeve has quickly become my favorite for extended periods of standing. My ankle, arch, and heel all feel noticeably supported by the hard yet controllable 20–30 mmHg compression. Particularly after standing for a long time or taking a leisurely stroll, my feet feel less fatigued. When it comes to breathability, the open-toe design is a winner since it allows air to flow in and keeps things cooler, which is particularly pleasant in hot weather or when wearing closed shoes. Even on mornings when I'm racing out the door, it's quick and simple to put on, and the material feels comfortable but sturdy. By the end of the first day, my ankle felt more stable, and there was less swelling. The cloth is lightweight enough to be worn beneath regular shoes without adding bulk, yet it feels firmly in place without slipping or bunching. Advice: Pay close attention to the sizing chart; although mine fit nicely, I had to switch sizes a few days later to get the perfect fit. That significantly improved both comfort and efficacy. All things considered, this sleeve feels comfortable and provides reliable, daily support. Excellent for light exercise, workdays, or any time you want to maintain stable ankles.

Provides good compression without feeling tight. Only issue I had is my ankles are usually swollen, so if I could find sleeves maybe one size bigger they would fit better, not so tight, I wasn't uncomfortable as I usually am with the knee high ones that cut me behind the knees because of my thick calves. I would buy them again.

Just tried on my ankle compression sleeve. They feel comfortable and soft. Can wear the. Everyday and help with blood flow. Not tight on your foot or ankle. Supports your ankle and reduce swelling.

I ordered a size up as I wear over my socks while playing sports. The material is really thin unlike other brands. Hence there is no bump with the extra layer on my foot causing discomfort. Gives me decent support for my ankle. I now have multiple pairs. Cons: I would like to have more support at the ankle to support the achilles. This gives compression only at the foot. The front part starts getting a bit frayed after multiple washes.

Fits perfect and gives the compression I need. The color is perfect as it can be worn without people noticing it when not covered with a sock. I would buy again!

i want to love them but they have issues. they are nice and thick giving it great compression, the problem is they cuff is so sort. so what happens is they roll back onto them=selves at the ankle. this added bulk quickly becomes painful and you have to pull them off. please make the cuffs longer

They are comfortable and keep my ankles from swelling after a busy day on my feet. I also like to slip into a pair of sandals when I am home and I still can keep these socks on.

I wear a size 11 shoe and used the measuring guide for the compression socks. According to the guide, I fall into the 20mm category, which corresponds to a medium size. While the medium socks effectively reduce swelling, they fit very tightly, even when the swelling is down. This tightness becomes uncomfortable, especially since I need to wear them every night while sleeping. Therefore, I’ve decided to return them and order a larger size..

these are so comfortable!!! I was skeptical at first as they don't feel tight like my knee highs. I have been wearing this sleeve all day and what a difference in my ankles . NO swelling whatsoever!! Do make sure you measure properly as I made that mistake the first pair... I measured 12" therefore I ordered medium but I couldn't get them on over my toes!!! I returned them for full refund and ordered the large... I absolutely love them!!! I now have a pair of black and just received a Beige!!! these are great for the summer especially with the high humidity Ontario has been getting... I slip them on and I'm good... my ankles do not swell up!!!!

These are the first pair that I can wear comfortably, I got the XXL, my shoe size is 15 wide

Second pair. Well made. First pair purchased several years ago. I wear them almost daily and they are still in great shape. Use for plantar fasciitis.

Of all the ones that I've ever tried these are my favorite they really have good support I use them everyday definitely recommend if you need compression socks
