Excellent gluten free flour
I have used this brand for years and this rice flour is no exception for their excellent quality. Now that I need gluten free, it's even more important to have good flour for making bread, etc. The texture is fine, it mixes well, is easy to measure and use, and makes a good flour substitute for wheat flour. I will continue to buy this brand.

Good quality
I tried making rice flour crepes with these. Turned out so yummy. Stone ground means consistency is not too fine which is exactly what I needed. Not too gritty either. Just perfect! Date is far enough to be had in pantry for a while as well.

Amazing cream of rice replacement
I absolutely love this product, I used to have cream of rice but I was sick of all the added fortifications like iron, as a guy I try to avoid products with excessive amounts of iron. This product has one ingredient only, rice! It's part of my go-to meal before the gym, I do 1/4 or 1/2 cup rice flour, a banana and/or 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries, 1tbsp peanut butter, dash of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt, and about 15g protein from unflavored whey protein isolate. Very nutritous and tasty meal.
