I believe it helped me with my shoulder pain!!

I take a capsule at night, and if I burp I thought it was acid reflux. It burned and tasted sour, acidic, rancid. I'm organizing my nightly pill box right now, and got a whiff of what I'd taste described before. I have a second bottle, unopened, as I stocked up. I just opened it, and the smell isn't as strong, but it's still very much there. I'll be throwing both bottles out, a waste of my money. I'm glad I figured out it's these capsules and not actual acid reflux. I would not recommend this brand again, and instead try to get what I used to, in person at target or Costco.

Reviewing something like this is hard as most people aren't going to be vouch for the purity of the product or that it contains what they say it does b/c we don't have labs to test for it. Likewise, most are not going to be able to vouch for its benefits as most of them are not easily perceived (ex: it may increase the antioxidant capacity of the body, it may lower your risk for heart disease, etc). There is a good chance that it may be helping you and you don't realize it or you think it is helping you and it is a placebo effect and/or something else. That said, there is a decent amount of research that says turmeric has a lot of benefits and I don't see anything to suggest that this isn't an authentic product so I am rating it well. The one thing that I didn't care for and why I docked it a star is that the hinged lid on the cap broke off entirely within the first day or two of using it.
