update DAY 3 ...i feel positive activity in my sinus area and my thyroid area, and these were problem areas for me. I read that it destroys bacteria but this was a pleasant surprise for me........Day 1 I wanted to improve my enzyme level for health reasons. I feel a slight nerve problem in my legs for sitting a lot or it just may be from my sugar addiction..LOL Egg whites are the best option for my digestive system need, and these pills allows me to consume egg white through the form of a capsule in a greater quantity per day. Immediately after taking it, I felt a calmness which let me know my body was receiving what it needs for my digestive system. I take one every 12 hours 2 hours before or after a meal . because I do not want to flood my body with 2 pills at one time due to being new to taking these particular types of capsules.
