All the salt is contained in the larger tub shown in the picture.  The four individual tubes are empty and are used while training/racing.  Hope that helps.

i compared the nutrition facts and ingredients, and in my opinion, it is 100% himalayan salt, nothing added. and the size of the container and tubes are deceiving. the container is only 2.5" tall.
