Perfect Replacement
These are the same silicone tips that are used on most earbuds. They snap on easily and are comfortable. If you know what size you need, it's nice to have a few extras on hand. There is no real noise canceling factor from these but they are a perfect replacement and are very reasonably priced.

Very small, okay/good quality (At least one replacement has come off already)
These work well to replace the ear cushions I lost off my Sony WI-C100 bluetooth earbuds. They're comfortable enough, though the size I ordered is smaller than the ones I used from Sony. I've lost at least one of them much faster than the one from Sony, so I suspect they don't fit perfectly. However, for the cost, this is a great replacement and there are plenty of them.

Fit well
These were a good fit. Unfortunately, I misplaced them, so I only got a chance to use one pair out of them. Good quality for the price at the time.

Not as small as the lost one
These are slightly larger than the one I lost. It gives me an ear ache after an hour.

Very comfortable and extra small. Work perfectly with sony wi-sp510 earbuds
I got these replacements for my sony wi-sp510 earbuds after losing one of the OEM tips. They fit nice and tight onto the earbuds. I wear the earbud collar around my neck all day regardless of whether I'm listening to music or not so they go from my ears to tucked under my shirt back and forth constantly and it's nice that they fit even tighter than the OEM tips so they don't fall off when I pull them out from under my shirt. They are a bit smaller than the small size that came with the earbuds and I find them to be a bit more comfortable than the OEM tips and they stay in place in my ears a bit better.

JBL Vibe Buds
These are great!… and small! Usually I have to fidget with most earbuds because of my small ear canals. However, these are snug as a bug. So snug that the sound quality has improved drastically for me. I use JBL Vibe Buds; was a bit of a struggle to get them on but I blame the brand not the buds. They’re actually better than the ones provided in my opinion. Also washed them with the laundry today and they still work perfectly so there’s that!
