Well ladies, I have to say that I have joined the "hot flash" club if there is such a thing. I sure did not ask for an invitation, nor was I expecting one. All the ladies at work talked about their "hot flashes" and I was just like "oh no, not me, I don't get those". In my mind I was thinking, menopause has passed me by, how lucky am I? Well who was I fooling? Let me tell you, that beast reared its ugly head about 3 months ago, really bad. No warm up, no just "here and there". It was like my internal thermometer just " broke" one day. All of a sudden I started getting them 20 to 25 times a day, AND at least half as much during the night. At work, I'd be in front of a fan, fighting the other middle aged women just to cool off and at night I'd be stripping down to just underwear, alternating between burning up and turning clammy, and then freezing because the fan was blowing on me. Rough stuff, and I just couldn't do it anymore. I had bought Dr Christopher's Infection capsules before( great reviews also, a "just in case" purchase) so I just started researching his other products and came across this one, with glowing reviews. Well, here I am to add my own glowing review. Within 4 days my hot flashes were down to maybe 2 a day, including the nights. I have been taking just 2 a day for just about 2 weeks now and I have absolutely zero hot flashes. Heck yeah - this stuff is the bomb. I am 49 and about 7 months ago I started getting hot flashes that were continuous all night long, as well as a pretty severe hair loss to the point that I had a bald spot the size of a nickel and a receding hairline (yikes!) I took all kinds of hair growth herbs that did nothing at all (other than msm which made it less severe). I had a horrible time sleeping due to the hot flashes all night long, which for me is saying something as I have suffered for a loooong time with some pretty bad insomnia. Hair loss: Stopped completely. Hot flashes: Stopped completely. And the icing on the cake: Years and years of suffering with insomnia, recently made worse with the addition of hot flashes, Done! Gone! Finito! Say what?! Yes. Really. I can't believe it - I wake up refreshed and ready for the day. What a gift that is, because its been a long time. I am just about done with my second bottle. I take 2 capsules 2-3 times a day. I began getting relief from my problems pretty quickly - maybe a rew days-I don't remember exactly as it was a couple months ago. So give it a try - it's not that expensive to experiment with and it may solve a lot of your problems as it did with me. Good luck!

After my own research, along with seeing my gynecologist, I learned I'm in perimenopause. (Google if needed, but it's basically the "pre" of menopause.) Having just turned forty this year, I was surprised to be experiencing issues already; I'm relieved nonetheless to know why I'm having them. The biggest symptom thus far, for me, has been hot flases. I'm also learning that those feel quite different from one woman to the next. It's important to learn/listen to your own body versus trying to stick yourself within a category of what others define as symptomatic. Because I have not experienced major changes in period, mood, etc., I felt it was overkill to be placed on any hormone therapy. I'm on my second bottle of Changease & definitely have seen a huge improvement! The dosage recommended was two capsules, twice daily. I started out only taking two once daily, which, turns out, alleviates my hot flashes. I noticed a difference within the first five days, and have had no side effects in any way. I was out of my Changease for about four days, waiting for the second bottle to arrive when I felt them return!! I'm very thankful to have found this product! Please take the time to educate yourself and know that there are alternatives out there than just what your doctor will prescribe.

This is the best! I just started having hot flashes this year at age 52. The hot flashes would come up on me at random times throughout the day and I just couldn't take it any longer. I finally tried Hormonal Changease from Dr. Christopher and it immediately started working! I was amazed!!! I haven't had a hot flash since taking them and that's been 5 1/2 months. My employee told me about this product and insisted I purchase some for hot flashes they told me that the product worked very quickly I was hesitant but purchased anyways due to low cost I was so amazed of how quick they worked and I have told several people about this product I to lot have any complaints

This product usually works for me to stop hot flashing. Ive used it since 2017. Two things about it bothers me tho: 1) the last bottle was NOT as effective as the others have been so something either was missing or not as potent. 2) the price has risen every.single.time i have purchased it here on Amazon. At $20 a bottle, $4 more than when i started using it, it is now out of the range I'm willing to pay. I will be looking for something else that is not overpriced or I'm also finding I can order it elsewhere for less. Do a search, you'll find another source. I'm docking 2 stars, 1 for a less effective bottle, 1 for a vendor who has been steadily upping the price for the last two years. Update: The price came down and i purchased from this vendor again. Now, In 2 months this product went from $18 and change to $23 and change. In.two.months. ordering the same product elsewhere.
