I got this for my bf, he recently got his CDL and is on the rode for about 12+Hrs a day now. He complained about back pain a lot. Out of all the ones I looked I’m at I’m very happy I picked this one for him. He says his back feels rested and he can drive completely comfortable with it. And you can take the COVER OFF to WASH IT‼️ So no smelly back rest/covers.

I have VERY BAD back pain, disk problems, sciatica, etc. This lumbar pillow is the best back support i have found. I tried several others and they were all horrible... (Well one was vacuum sealed in a bag, and I was afraid if I opened it and didn't like it they wouldn't take it back. So I just returned it.) I use it while I work (from home these days) and on the couch. I just ordered a second one so i dont have to keep schlepping it back and forth. It's pretty heavy but works great! I guess you can always trust Samsonite for quality products. 😊

The 'cooling gel' part of this pillow is not as effective as hoped for. I was able to find the zipper for removing the insert but it didn't seem like there was a large enough opening to do that. Maybe I didn't try hard enough.

I loved this pillow. It worked well and lasted for 2 years. THEN, the thin membrane which covers the cooling gel broke, and it got all over the place. It ruined the finish on one of my leather belts and I hope that the gel does not contain chemicals which cause any health issues, because it was all over my hands. It was a mess and was difficult to clean up. I loved the pillow so much, that i wrapped the inside pillow with Saran Wrap and put it back in the slip after washing it twice, but it was never the same. Now it makes crinkling noises and makes my back and face sweaty (if i try to use it for a head pillow). Even though the membrane broke and the gel made a mess, I still give the pillow 3 stars for how long it lasted and for how comfortable it was before it failed.

Superb. Easy to install and feels natural and comfortable!

The plush covering, cooling gel, and Samsonite name got me interested. I waited a month for Prime Day, and it didn't go on sale. A history check showed me it's *never* gone on sale. So I bought it at full price, and despite being a Prime member used to 1-2 days delivery, I had to wait a WEEK for it to arrive, which was ridiculous. I knew instantly it was not going to work: hard as a rock, with too much lumbar support, and too small in height. It pushed me so far forward in my chair that I felt uncomfortable, and it CAUSED back pain rather than relieving it. I immediately packed it back up and sent it back, same day. I ordered a different one from another manufacturer that's $10 cheaper and it works wonderfully. It does everything this one is supposed to do, but doesn't. A huge fail.

Works good. I have a long torso though and it doesn't quite align with the curvatures. But the little cushion helps with that.

Prompt delivery. Product is as mentioned. Really comfortable, for people who is sitting in chair for long time. A Quality product.

El artículo me llegó en la fecha indicada sin ningún problema y en perfecto estado. Lo tengo en mi oficina porque es ahí donde paso mayor parte del tiempo frente a la computadora. Es muy cómodo y fresco y me ajusta la posición sentado, previniendo la mala posición, y por ende, los dolores y molestias. Sugiero que en la silla que se use, tenga un asiento amplio, porque al acomodar el soporte, "roba" un pequeño espacio en el respaldo, acortando el espacio real de soporte del asiento. Compraría otro para usar en casa, sin duda!!

I bought this as I'm always having backpack when working and after long drives. I have found it has perfectly addressed the issue. Is comfortable and no more back pain.
