SOLVED AN ANNOYING PROBLEM.
These fit perfectly on my 2x3 galvanized tubing I used as purlins for a metal roof over a deck. It kept the sparrows and wasps out which eliminated bird poop on the patio furniture . They were easily installed with a rubber mallet and the quality is #1. They've done their job for 6 months so far.

Nice tight fit in 2x3 box steel
Not sure how these will do overtime with sun exposure but they seem solid. Needed to clean up the ends on a project I built using 2x3 box steel.

Works for gym equipment

It's a plastic end cap. It does exactly that. I put them at the und of the crash bars on my Tacoma. Fit perfect.
