Awesome product - did have an issue where the blue band bursted however. (After normal use)

The resistance bands themselves and the weight resistance they give is all great! It really allows you to work out and feel like you're using dumbbells or barbells. But, the black rubber surrounding that encases the ends of the bands and part of the carabiner is not the greatest quality. One of those pieces ripped on my first use. Using electrical tape to keep it together. Also, the carrying bag that it comes with is low quality. The seams began to come undone and frayed on my second use, and into my third use, now, it is pretty much undone. The drawstring doesn't surround the entire bag anymore to close and open properly. Some shortcuts were taken for this product for sure.

Not the highest quality but for the price it's good enough and cheaper than a home gym. It's a versatile system and with some creativity you can expand it. For example some zip ties and a broom stick gets you a row / bench bar. I'm not super strong but if you are I'd consider getting 2.

I knew before I opened the package they were not good. They are made for very little use... I waited for a month to get these and so dissatisfied with the quality.. I have other bands for two years and those are much heavier and better made, but no longer available so I would try these. They are not what was pictured. If you are serious about working out then do not buy these, I’m returning them and moving on to find something better made. So this is a big NO! Update Apparently you have to pay your own postage to return this. 😡

I got the set above exactly as pictured. Are the items made of best quality material? No. Do they truly stack up to feel like you’re pressing 150 lbs? No. If you’re looking for thick bands that can offer/handle a lot of resistance, these are not for you. Do they offer a good amount of resistance when stacked and used properly? Yes. Do they offer an effective workout that you feel the next day? Yes. No they may not last for years, but they’ll probably last until the gyms open back up. I would say it was worth it.

I saw a lot of comments about this band being not as advertised, but honestly I think it because they dont know how resistance bands work. you cannot get a constant force of 30lb that you get from dumbels for example from any resistance band. All resistance band has a variable resistance and the more you pull the more you get the force out of the bands. Just watch some videos about how to workout with these. It works fine for me.

This product was exactly as described and at a great price. The quality of the accessories, such as the ankle bands and door attachment, is good for the price and about on par with what you'd expect. I've been using it regularly since I got it a few days ago and haven't had any worries about it snapping, and I'm 6'5" so it's getting stretched quite a bit.

Really versatile exercise equipment. The only thing is that the door attachment broke after about 10 uses. The whole thing split in half as the plastic wasn't strong enough to handle the force. Still worth the purchase though. Just be more careful than I was.

The resistance bands that turned up were not what was advertised. They are hollow ribbed tubes and they only go up to 100lb according to the paperwork, but the resistance isnt even close to this level in reality and with all the bands used together, they might roughly equate to about 33lb (15kg) of weight in the gym. The handles that are supplied are also incredibly small, so the straps scrape along the skin with a lot of the exercises, and are pretty much pointless. I would absolutely not recommend these. *Edit: the seller has been very quick to respond and offer a refund.

If I could give no stars I would. The resistance is not what is stated. Must be about 10kg resistance max with all the bands stacked together. I waited a long time for these to get to the uk and I am not happy. Poor quality bands and the handles are tiny don’t even fit my hands. No instructions. The only positive is that I know have a spare door anchor for the next ones I buy.

I wouldn’t recommend it because after not even a week 4 of them are already broken and I can’t use them anymore

It’s not as advertised, they all have the same resistance, the ankle scrapes are just Velcro strips and the tubes are flimsy.

Absulutly waste of money, complelty different to what was advertised....should not be selling this product
