I love this supplement and continue to use it for my maturing 41yr old skin. I’m losing weight and was hoping it would keep my skin and hair nice through the process. No complaints yet. I think it seems to help with that and joint pain as well. It’s a little pricey but I feel it’s worth it for high quality collagen type 2.
