Gutermann Thread Set: Sew-All: 100m: Pack of 20, Assorted

They’re strong, quality is good, nice colors, price is good, don’t knot up when I’m winding them with my machine. Different colors are nice wish it had at least two white and two black since they’re most common but variety is nice.

If you’re new to sewing you might have been told to just get whatever thread to build your skill so you don’t waste money on expensive thread until you know what you’re doing. I feel that’s ill advice. Get the expensive thread, it makes a world of difference to feel your seams strong and sturdy. There is minimal breakage (and when there is- it’s probably my fault and not the fault of the thread itself). Vibrant colors and even if it’s not a perfect color match, the colors offered in this pack blend well (like the blues aren’t exactly blue jeans blue but they don’t stand out like an eye sore). I’m getting ready to reorder after steadily using just this pack for close to a year now. Obviously how long it lasts depends on the user and frequency of sewing and size of sewing projects but I think it’s a great staple to have in your kit at all times!

Nice package of great thread ! …. It has all the basic shades and many common colors used in today’s fashions …. Definitely recommend

Great colors but not enough thread in each roll to fill a bobbin and make an outfit with it. It’ll be good for sewing buttons on.

Little smaller than what I expected from the pictures but looks like quality! Colors are nice too.

The thread is a perfect mix of colours for sewists.. But more importantly, I would not hesitate to purchase again from this seller, Quilted Bear, again. Terrific, personalized customer service.

Was habe ich geflucht beim Nähen mit Billiggarn! Nun habe ich es mit dem überall empfohlenem Garn von Gütermann probiert und nähte und nähte bis zu später Stunde. Mir ist dieser Faden noch kein einziges Mal gerissen, höchstens aus der Nadel geschnippt, weil er zu locker gespannt war. Und diese Farben sind wirklich sehr hübsch. Kräftige Pastelltöne. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden! Ab sofort gebe ich doch lieber ein bisschen mehr für den Faden aus, als dass mir die Geduld und der Billigfaden reißt :-)
