Fit perfect to replace old piece

It was easy to install and works fine

Ordered but did not use! It did not fit,it is still in box. I got busy and forgot to send it back . Don’t know what I’m going to do with it

I used this to rebuild my Encore Defiant wood stove. Exact fit and stove is as good as new.

The refractory access panel would not fully close. I checked the size of the catalytic converter, and that measurement is correct. I also checked the cut-out corners for excess material that might be blocking the catalytic converter from setting all of the way in, and that was not the issue. The access panel was either too thick, or the refractory assembly cut out for the catalytic converter was too shallow. I contacted the seller direct and sent photos, and they sent me a new assembly in exchange for returning the old one. The replacement assembly had the same issue, just not to the same extent as the first one. Rather than going through the exchange process again, I modified the assembly by sanding off some extra material. Granted, their customer service team did try to make things right with the exchange, and overall, the modification was not a lot of work, but given the price point of this item, I would not expect to have to modify the part. I think the manufacturer needs to do better.

Product was as advertised. Detailed installation instructions would be very nice.

Installed easily. It’s like having a new wood stove. Worth buying for sure.
