In an effort to save money, we’ve been learning to make our favorite dishes at home. Through online research and some experiential hit-or-miss, Thai Kitchen Unsweetened Coconut Cream came to be OUR coconut cream choice. It has the best taste, high quality ingredients, and a smooth texture. It’s not grainy. It just smells like coconut. The taste is mild and marries well with other flavors. I can even use it as a swap for heavy cream when we have a lactose intolerant guest. I order the case from Amazon because it regularly beats the per ounce price of all my local grocery stores.

Watery and not thick enough. Seem added coconut oil.
Only for drink is ok. It’s much cheaper. If making yogurt, it is not enough thick creamy stuff. A big fat seems like added in, but not sure. That big piece of coconut oil also made yogurt making failed.

Delicious coconut cream bars required this cream.
I found a recipe online for coconut cream bars and had to make them. They called for coconut cream and it was so easy to just order them on Amazon instead of run to the store. The size was perfect and they arrived with no leaking or problems. The cream was thick as it should be and the bars were absolutely delicious! Thanks Amazon!
