What a great waterproof storage unit. We were looking for one last year but gradually forgot about it, then 2 weeks ago I remembered again !! Its a pretty large box that arrives and I managed to carry it in on my own down my said alley but it may need 2 if you are bringing through the house etc. Very very easy to put together, I did it on my own, only a few screws to put in and the hinges are very easy to screw in, locate them in the slots provided and they are very good hydrolic hinges. We will be using the bench to basiclaly store all the garden furniture winter covers ( we have summer covers as well for ocassional rain and to keep patio furniture, egg chairs etc covered everynight to prevent bird droppings) the storage is huge !! My wife fits in it and very easy to keep a body stored :-) Kieter are the brand leaders, and as I was looking at it this morning, I am going to order another one to put down the side of my workshop/shed to get some stuff out of there and store them outside. Fully waterproof, we are going to get some foam, some plywood and make a foam seat cover as it will easily hold 2 adults sitting on it and will even make a great sun bed!! Very very pleased with the storage and very very pleased with the quility and ease of putting together Edit 15th May 2025. I have ordered another storage unit !! I have attached some pics of the one I bought last week, and then did a search and foind that 2 seater waterproof bench foam seats fit perfectly onto the unit, so I have ordered 2 of these as well, one for each unit. We had thunderstorms here on 13/05/25, absolutely chucked it down and I was eager to have a look at the unit after the rainstomr finished. It did, went out to check the unit, lifted the hinged lid, absolutely bone dry, not 1 single drop of water had got in or under the lid. For this price, the brand name and quaility, they are a steal !! One of my friends saw it, then said that they dont just need to be for the garden, he is going to order one for his loft, it gets very dusty up there, he is going to build it up in his loft to store lots of family photo albums and other struff to keep the dust off, what a great idea. The unit will spread across the rafters not a problem. I can see me getting a few of these and creating my own border along the patio !!

I now have 3 of these storage boxes from Keter, all bought from Amazon, with the same experience each time. My house doesn't have a lot of storage so for indoor and outdoor storage, these are fantastic options No storage box looks fantastic but this particular box looks as easy on the eye than most. Easy to secure too, with either a closed or normal shackle type padlock on the front can be used. Great size and surprising how much you can fit in when storing efficiently, also very solid once put together and can be used as a seat for a couple of adults if required. I have 2 of these outside and have been through a couple of winters in the open, dealing with a lot of wind and rain. No leaks at all and very waterproof. Instructions to put together are very easy to follow, with about 4 pages and about 10 steps with good illustrations to follow. Delivery from Amazon was also spot on, no damage and delivered on time.

Bought this for storing our garden cushions so I wanted it to be big, sturdy and waterproof. It has ticked all the boxes. I read reviews before I bought it which said the box was damaged on delivery. Thankfully I had no issues and it arrived in perfect condition with all the bits and pieces. It took me and my husband about 40 minutes to assemble through clicking the panels together, putting a few screws in and inserting the two strengthening bars. It was very easy and straightforward. The two brackets at the back of the lid are great. It makes opening and closing really easy, securing the lid in place when it's open and your putting things away. I have managed to store all of the cushions from a seven seater corner set, six chair and two throw cushions inside. Is been 100% waterproof so far, even through some torrential downpours. It's more expensive than some others you can get, but I think its worth the extra money for the capacity, quality and keeping everything dry. Well worth the money!

Good storage box for recycling bags, assembles OK

Really like the large storage. Easy to put together. Best with 2 people. Appears weatherproof, however we have a cover on ours.

I bought this after extensive research into this type of product. I have previously owned a smaller Keter storage unit which did the job for me. This box is much more substantial, feels very solid and is a dark brown colour which fades into the background on my patio, and which matches my brown/black garden furniture. The box was delivered in a large flat-pack, and I found it easy enough to assemble - all parts fitted together well and the screws provided tied everything together. It took about an hour to unpack, check the instructions and assemble, which was fine - better to take care and get it right. I had no problem fitting the closing arms (others have reported this), and they work well. They hold the top up fine when open. In use, the box is rigid and solid, although light enough for 2 people to move easily (when empty!). There are inset lifting handles at each end for this. There's loads of room inside. The top is strong enough (and big enough) to be used as a seat for a couple of normal weight adults. There is a simple side-by-side metal latch which takes a padlock (bought separately) for security. The top sits directly (flat) on the sides, with no lip or seal to drain water away, so it is not completely waterproof, although I have had no trouble so far with rain getting to the inside. If that becomes a problem in the future, I may add a thin foam sealing tape (draught excluder type) around the top of the main box. All in all, a very good product, and as I got it at a discounted price of less then £110, definitely worth the money.

Easy to assemble , very smart appearance, water-proof, sturdy and capacious Terrace-box for storing garden tools, children's garden toys, garden seat cushions, bags of fertiliser, weed and feed sprayer. Friends have admired it and then bought cheaper less robust alternatives and then wished they had paid a bit more and got the real thing. ***** Value for money
