After the first cup I felt my throat clear usually I feel it dry . sleeping was a charm as I managed to breathe easily.I also added clove bud . Make sure you leave it to cool down at least 10mins before you drink it.the taste is very nice.

I drink this Lungwort tea regular , it is soposed to be good for the lungs ,although I haven't notice much improvement in my breathing, maybe it takes a long time to kick in. It is soposed to have other health benefits . I must say that it does help when you feel a cold coming on ,a spoonful of manuka honey added to this tea helps cold/flu ,aches etc ,it does work for me . Herbal tea has so many health benefits

Oh this tea is marvellous; I have only been using it for a few days but breathing is noticeably improved. Just re-ordered. Well wrapped and promptly delivered. Pleasant taste although I like a splash of lemon juice in it as well.

I had a covid at the end of November. Unfortunately after 2 weeks at home , I become more breathless and it’s now more than a month I’m still feeling unwell due to palpitation and shortness of breath. My GP confirm that I had a long covid which can be last a month or 3 to 6 months. I’m struggling breathing everyday, my oxygen is going down when I move around or climb upstairs. It felt like I ran miles and miles and feeling exhausted. I had tried all sort of herbal like ginger lemon garlic honey but it didn’t help that much.I had inhaler too but it’s not working for me. Until I came across this tea and it was my first time I read about the benifits of lungworth. I’m desperate so I try everything what can help me to breathe normally . My first cup was the night when they delivered , I just put half teaspoon but I don’t feel any difference I think my tea was too weak. The next day I sit down and put 1 and 1/2 tsp then I wait for it to sit to get darker color and drink it. Had 2 cups and I felt the benifits straight away . Finally it does help my breathing . I can breathe much deeper . It’s a miracle but I thank god I found this. I will update in a week time. It’s only my second day.

I bought Lungwort some time ago, and the size of packet was much larger for the same money. Not complaining about the product, only the price. Will have to be more aware in future when purchasing Lungwort again. Note to self!!!!!!!

I have COPD so hoping this eases my breathing. There were no instructions when I received them so not sure how many teaspoons per cup. Just getting it right by trial and error. UPDATE. Drinking this tea for several months now and taken the tablets. No difference in my breathing I am sorry to say. Never mind , an expensive lesson .

This is the best tea I've ever stumbled upon, I've only had 2 cups so far of this and already my breathing has improved. I can believe the difference from a few days ago where trying to take a breath was a struggle, even my inhalers weren't helping. I'm not saying this is a replacement for your meds, but it has certainly made a huge difference to myself.
