These were very nice and thick mats that worked perfectly in my storm shelter to both pad the floor and tap down the echo.

Easy to put down and connect. Created a nice workout area.

They give a nice padding. Being able to cut them to fit the area is nice, but because they are spongy, the are difficult to get a straight clean cut. I’ve used them in closets, workshops, and sheds and they make cleaning up very easy. My feet are 80 years old, and hard floors don’t feel good with bare feet, but these are very comfortable. Very easy to put down and can be taken up and put down quickly. Have bought them for different purposes a number of times

We have had these pads for over a year. They are not the easiest to clean, but we can mop them. This makes it more comfortable to workout. Our large gym sits on it, and makes our gym more functional. You can easily assembly them, and they fit in tight places.

Instead of a yoga mat, the larger area expanded my stretching area. The cushioning is perfect for strenthening exercises too.I took a little studying to figure how to make it square, but in 30 minutes I was done.
