Best Sea Salt! Nice flakes, great flavor. I use it for all my cooking, canning and baking. I like the 3 pack and it stays fresh in the sealed bags until I use it.

I generally think that expensive salt is overrated. I usually think that "salt is salt is salt" no matter what fancy form, provenance or packaging it assumes. I still think that is true when salting liquids, such as soups or stews. Maldon Sea Salt is an exception in my mind and on my palate. There is something exquisite about this salt, that really sets it apart. I don't understand it, because "salt is salt". It really shines as a finishing salt sprinkled on the last minute on something fresh, high quality and simply adorned. Examples: Grilled meats, especially beef or lamb, finished only with this salt and fresh ground pepper. Steamed, boiled or raw fresh vegetables of any type. Outrageously good on grilled corn with butter. On dead ripe sliced tomatoes straight from your garden. On a salad with good olive oil and good vinegar. On fried eggs. Also, this is not expensive. Just ordered three boxes delivered for under $20 in 48 hours no shipping and no tax!

I bought this product after seeing it on Orange is the New Black. These sea salt flakes are so amazing! I will never be without them. I have bought many boxes for myself and for friends. They are crunchy and add amazing flavor to anything. Just buy them!!!!

Several years ago, we got some flake sea salt as a gift. It was amazing! My husband kept mentioning how wonderful it was so I went on Amazon to see what I could find. None of it was cheap and I didn't want to buy a tiny box and pay a ridiculous amount for shipping. The Maldon seemed to be the best value for the price. It took a little bit longer than I'm used to to get here, but I have been spoiled with a Prime membership and this was coming from England. That's okay! It was worth the wait!

こくと、甘味が最初にきて、最後に塩味がきました。 紹介されて買いましたが、美味しいので買って良かったです。サラダなど、振って食べるのがお勧め。唯一の欠点は、結晶の大きさがバラバラで、大きいと、ガリガリとしょっぱいです。
