Sterilite Pitcher (Blue-Green / 2 Qt.-1.9L)

These pitchers are well made and look nice. I use them for Kool-aid. The price on 2 over just 1 was an amazing deal.

Great little pitcher for my sweet tea or lemonade. It took me awhile to find a good, inexpensive, smaller pitcher. I kept thinking I could find one for under $5 for this size but even in the stores locally they were all $7-10 so I decided to just get this one and I'm glad I did. For those if you making tea here's some help: for this size pitcher of sweet tea I add two cups hot water from my keurig coffee maker and 5-6 Lipton tea bags. Let steep and add sugar (1/2 -3/4 cup depending on seeetness you like) and then after about 15 min remove tea bags, stir well and add cold water. This pitcher is just right for the two and sometimes three of us (when daughters here). I hate making too much as we won't drink it all and or takes up too much room in the fridge so this pitcher works out perfectly. The lid is tight so the first few times I had to pull a bit hard to snap it on but it wasn't difficult. It washes out easily and doesn't need the dishwasher but you could use it if needed. That's about all I can think of to say. I hope this helps you decide if it's right for you!

The pitcher does not have a pour spout. The lid has the spout. There are no photos of the pitcher without the lid attached so I didn’t notice. I use this pitcher in my sink to catch water and pour it on plants outside so it seems to be working. It appears to be sturdy, although it was shipped in a plastic envelope with no padding and I can see how some people have had their's arrive cracked or broken. Luckily mine arrived OK. The lid was snapped off of mine, but it wasn’t missing like it was in another customer's. I was able to reattach the closing lid. I won’t be using the lid as I just keep the picture in my sink to catch dishwater because of our extreme drought in California. Rarely letting water go down the drain. I poured dishwater into this picture and carry it outdoors to various plants in my large yard.

Love this pitcher! Great for brewing tea! Pros: 1) Doesn't have a weird awful smell like other plastic pitchers they sell in stores. It did have a slight plastic smell that went away with one wash. 2) I can pour hot boiling water right into it and brew tea at the top/rim using a brewing basket (Finum brand is great). Never had an issue! Just make sure you put the pitcher on a safe/stable surface so that the brewing basket isn't accidentally knocked into water. 3) Lid/spout works well. It's leak free when it's closed and pours easily when opened. 4) 2 liters is a good size. Doesn't take up too much space in the refrigerator. 5) Lasts for many years. The first one I had I used for 4+ years but it got lost when I moved so I had to buy another one. Cons: 1) If you brew tea in the pitcher just remember to wash it in between uses so that the pitcher isn't stained.

This product met my expectations of what I was expecting. I have only used this pitcher a couple of times, but spillage has been no problem. I just wish the quarts were marked on the sides like my original one. This holds two quarts but is right at the top, so spillage could possibly be an issue for some people. It arrived just in the white packaging, no box or bubble wrap so was glad it hadn't been damaged.

Pitcher is a pitcher, works just fine for making lemonade, juice, or whatever else.

My morning smoothie is over a quart and barely fit in a smaller container. Using my hand blender, I used to make a mess every morning. This holds 2 quarts. So this is large enough that most of the splashes stay inside. And I like that the handle is sturdy, so my hand doesn't slip and make a huge spill.

It’s not the best quality I’ll tell you that you do get what you pay for I’ve had pitchers That are much higher quality than this… Just by opening, it keeps falling off. But I’ve also had worse. That’s why I only gave it three stars. If it’s something you’re planning on using once in a while, you should be fine but if you’re gonna use it all the time I would get something a little bit better quality

I hate to pour water in as I have to lift the whole lid up.

Nice size pitcher. Like the colour. Pretty basic.

The pitcher came dirty with black marks on the container. It also had a bad odour. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
