20L Waterproof Dry Bag Backpack for Hiking, Camping & Fishing Gear - For Kayaking, Boating & Travel - Made in California, USA - Waterproof Backpack

I bought this backpack in 2021 for a trip to Scotland that had to be postponed. I used it here and there over the years, and recently finally took the backpack on a 2 1/2 month trip to Scotland, including use as a daypack on the West Highland Way (97 mile trail). I was massively impressed by the versatility and waterproof qualities of this bag. I slogged through many heavy Scottish downpours, and not one drop of moisture ever penetrated this bag. Not only that, but I discovered that the waterproof nature of the bag made it a fairly effective cooler. When I carried food in an insulated interior bag, the food stayed fresh much longer inside this bag. I got many compliments on the bag from fellow hikers and travelers. I used it as a daypack and also a personal item on flights. It could roll down quite small if I had fewer items inside it, or it could hold a full change of clothing, food, water, emergency gear and first aid kit for long hikes in remote areas. When I loaded it up to the max, it was HEAVY, but the straps never broke, and the hardware is still functional. It was my solid companion through mountains, islands, cities, hostels and public transportation. I can solidly recommend this bag without reservation. NOTE: I did add my own removeable chest strap to the bag for extra stability which did not come with it. That was also ordered from Amazon.

I was looking for a bag for an all-day canyoneering trip. I brought my camera and wanted to make sure it would stay dry and safe. This bag was perfect and kept all my belongings inside dry. lots of space in the 30L for food, water, camera, and clothes. My only recommendation is to add a waist strap. After a few hours, my shoulders started to feel the weight.

Did a lot of research and got this bag for my “bug out bag” or go bag or emergency bag - whatever you want to call it :) I’m making one for my car and one will be stored under my bed. More than enough room for all the items I purchased, and I know that in an emergency, if it rains, my essential items will be protected. I stored 7 days work of dog food, dog meds (tiny pill box) and a foldable dog bowl set In the main inner pocket, my small items like waterproof matches are in the little interior pocket, and then my boxes of food and water, first aid kit, crank radio, tube tent, etc are in the bottom for room for a change of clothes.

This is a great dry bag. Have used it boating. Nothing got wet so that’s good! Only recommendation is maybe a lighter colored material on the inside because it is really hard to find stuff, basically like a black hole. Was going to use this as my everyday bag, living on a boat and in Florida but decided not to, because it’s just hard to find things, it also doesn’t hold my water bottle well, but it is a 40oz insulated one so I get it. Will keep it because other than that I love it.

Bought this in advance of a cruise over the 4th of July week that included some snorkeling excursions. Loaded it up and put it in the car. Drove to the port and started walking to get on board. The strap broke after walking about 15 feet. With no time to do anything except use one strap and hope it didn't break, I had to board. That was the entire reason for this purchase - to carry the dry bag on my back. I was able to undo some of the other straps and manage to tie some of them together so I could carry it, but I could not adjust them, and had to worry if my fix would hold. Since I bought it in advance, and the cruise did not end until after the return period, I can't return it.

Very durable, held up great 2 weeks fishing in Alaska and stayed dry.

Used for hiking in Iceland where there was multiple weather patterns such as rain, wind and snow. Big enough to carry extra outfit, camera bag, bottle water. Only down side it did not have a place for a walking stick, you have to put that in the front where the blue bungee strings are. I didn't like that the pole hung down in the back of my leg. I put my pole with another hiker who had a place for them.

The price and the quality was top notch. It fits a lot into the bag and the straps and buckles have held up for months now. It's used daily. Would purchase again

I've been waiting for heavy rain to test this product out. Yesterday the rain came and the bag passed the test. I am a dog walker and needed something that will with hold dogs dribble, mudd, rain and everything else. I have found it in this bag. It is a good size too and not too heavy. There was a very minor issue with some stitching on the drinks netting which I feedback to the company for their information and I could not have asked for better customer service.

I've used it now for close to two years and I think it definitely holds up. I've never tried to immerse in in water, but I've had it with me when canoeing and stuff and it's been great for that.
