Perfect and EXACTLY how I remember it.
This is the real deal “Salam de Sibiu”, it has the smell, texture and taste I remember from years back. It really is the original thing and anyone that has grown up on it will be thrilled. I know I may have to buy a lot more :-). Enjoy!

Not Sibiu
This is not Sibiu Salami. The texture is wrong, it is far too moist, the taste is not the same either. It isn't bad but it isn't Sibiu or anything even close. This is more like a summer salami. This is false advertising.

Great Salami
Great Salami . I typically like Columbus or Gallo but I can't get them here, so this was a pleasant surprise

Good Quality
I enjoy air cured sausages. Mostly, I buy Italian salamis, capicola, pepperoni, etc. Usually from Molinari of San Francisco. This Romanian salami was an experiment which went well. Not as spicy or garlicky as the Italian influenced products but still quite tasty.

Does not taste like Hungarian/Romanian salami at all.

Sibiu salami
I grew up in the country of its origin which is Romania 🇷🇴 I always loved this awesome salami. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed 👍😊

Not bad but far from the original.
It’s far from the taste of the real thing, traditionally made of horse meat, but given that shortcoming, it was satisfactory.
