They worked great for wood burning, I’d suggest going light with the paint l, it tends to bleed but otherwise very sturdy and clean!

Worked wonders for our project with the kids

I got these little treasure chests for kids to paint at my daughter's sea themed birthday party. They were perfect, and the kids enjoyed painting them.

Downside: not all the boxes are exactly the same internal size, and a couple of the hinges were not perfectly aligned. That said these are better than I expected, and cheaper than buying my own hinges and latches for my project. The brushes were a nice surprise and although I'm not an expert, they are better than the ones I have been buying.

I got these to work with my clients in my office. They are easy to paint with paint markers and the colors don’t bleed into others. My clients love them as the are tangible when we work with them using the container method in therapy!

I’ve ordered many of these kinds of boxes over the years, to make treasure box gifts for my kindergarteners. These ones are pretty good quality for the money none of the hinges were broken. They are a bit smaller than other ones, so get out your ruler and make sure you know the size of them before you order so you aren’t surprised.

We used these as a birthday party craft with a mermaid theme. It was a perfect way to include the boys too. We decorated with jewels instead of painting because the kids were young, but the paintbrushes were a good quality.

The sturdiness of these cute boxes was a surprise when I got them. They make cute gifts for the value and sheerness of them.
