Pilot V7 0.7 Mm Liquid Ink Rollerball Pen - Black (Pack of 5)

After one pen is finally running out after about 2-3 months of daily use, this is the most impressive pen I've used and I don't normally write reviews on this site. Light and easy to hold. Doesn't feel chunky like those pens with wider barrels and rubber grips, but thicker than a standard ballpoint. The ink flow is basically perfect; very rich and consistent so much that it's even solid as a drawing pen, being more robust than fineliners while still having some control over line thickness. Plus unlike pens with a thinner ink refill design, the whole pen is dedicated to ink storage and even with how much ink it puts down, it lasts for ages. It's really hard to have any criticisms; all I have is a couple of nitpicks: At first, it took some getting use to the pen. It puts a lot of ink on the page, so it doesn't dry quickly on all paper types - gloss paper will take forever. But even as a lefty, it wasn't hard to adjust to a slight overhand grip to avoid smudging on regular printer paper after a week or two. There was also a time early on I shook it *hard* to get ink in the reservoir; which was probably unnecessary, but caused ink to leak out of the nib side of the chamber as can happen with rollerballs. But leaving it cap-off for several hours caused it to eventually dry and I had no problems with leaks since. Also, having to buy a minimum 2 packs of 5 is a weird choice by Amazon, but this was absolutely worth it.

V7 pens are very smooth, easier to write with than the finer V5 ones. Very nice pens, would buy them again.

These are my favourite pens of all time! They write beautifully and I never suffer from wrist pain or hand cramp. The ink does not smudge and they last ages. I write a lot and I wouldn't change my pen choice ever.

i love these brought for the kids and there so smooth to write with and they are such high quality ! they may be expensive but your paying for the quality . I DO RECOMMEND !!
