I got this for my mom as a birthday gift because she has been dealing with neck pain, and it turned out to be one of the best gifts I’ve ever given her. From the moment she tried it, she was amazed by how effective the deep tissue kneading was at relieving the tension and the added heat function made it even more soothing and comforting. She uses it not only for her back, but also for her neck and legs, and every time she finishes a session she says she feels so much lighter and more relaxed. It has a good power level and speed setting, too, so I'm able to use it when she isn't. It’s easy to use, versatile, and the design makes it convenient for her to enjoy a massage anytime she needs relief. Seeing her so happy and finally finding something that truly helps with her pain makes me feel so glad I chose this, she absolutely loves it, and I couldn’t recommend it more as a thoughtful and practical gift for loved ones.

It's fine for the price point, but the cover flap thing drives me crazy. It's removable, but I wish it velcroed on top and bottom so it doesn't slide all around. This massager is nice for my back, but I wish it had two sets of rollers, to get more surface area. However, it does really work my tight upper back/shoulders. I find that I can use it on different surfaces for different intensity in addition to the built in setting. For example, laying it on the floor vs a chair vs my bed. The heat is really nice, but the vibration is loud and kind of weird. It is fairly easy to store or put out of the way.

Purchased the back and neck massager to use while in the bed. The product works very well. The massagers rotate in different directions giving a deep tissue massage feeling. The vibrations can be adjusted to different settings and it has a decent length electrical cord so you don’t have to w pry about charging a battery. The massager is a made of great quality material and it stores very easy while not in use. It can be used while sitting or lying down in the bed. Great product if you suffer back and neck pain especially while in the bed.

I’ve been using this massager for about a week and a half, and I’m genuinely impressed. At first, I was worried the pressure would be too strong on my lower back, but after using it consistently for 15 minutes twice a day, the nodes started feeling less sharp and more soothing as my muscles relaxed. The heating feature has become my favorite part because it adds gentle warmth without ever getting uncomfortable. I’m 5'3" and the placement of the nodes hits my lower back and the area between my shoulder blades perfectly. I can see how someone taller might need to adjust their position a bit to get the same effect. For me, it is a product that delivers real relief once you get used to the pressure. It’s become a relaxing part of my daily routine.

This is a great Little massager It looks good and is really well made It has 3 speeds for shiatsu and reverse direction, 3 vibration patterns and 3 levels of heat. Most importantly, all can be used independently or in any combination, which I love as I've had massagers that wouldn't give you heat unless you have the massage on at the same time and sometimes you just want heat, or you might want just vibration if your muscles are too sore for shiatsu. You are in complete control with this one. It also has a pad that flips over it to reduce the pressure when you are too sore and want a gentle massage, which I love because sometimes shiatsu massagers are just too painful, this is a really simple, low tech fix for that and it really works. Very versatile because it's small, light weight and very easy to handle to move it around to whatever part of the body you want to use it on. I love it on my legs as none of my other massagers are for leg muscles , I've even used it on my feet and it feels great. The only thing this massager doesn't do well for me is my neck, but i have spent years looking for a massager that is good for my neck and tops of my shoulders, none of them seem to be good for that area, even the chairs that cost thousands of dollars so I'd be surprised if this did, (I have finally found one that does, you can check out my other reviews if that is what you are looking for ) but if you want a small, versatile massager that you can easily use all over I highly recommend this one. Full disclosure, I was asked to review this massager for a refund and I agreed only because I have bought lots of massagers and am always looking for a better one, if this didn't work well I would not want to keep it ( and add it to the pile of less than helpful massagers I already have) let alone give it an undeserved review, I am genuinely happy I have discovered this one, it will get lots of use.

This is an okay product. It can massage your back or neck, but not at the same time. I used it more for my neck, but it sometimes felt like it was pinching. I ended up donating it after about five uses.

If used the correct way, it can definitely help with back pain. As the product notes, the massage can be intense. The only con for me is the cover flap. it moves about, inconveniently. just not a fan of that. other than that, i enjoy the pressure and the heat.
