I bought this in sheer desperation after a cross-country move with my cat. He’s generally a pretty friendly guy and had never peed on anything before. We moved into a new house and he was clearly super anxious and withdrawn, not eating well, very jumpy. I tried calming treats, keeping him in his own room with his toys and bed at first, everything. Nothing worked. I bought these diffusers after his second time peeing in and destroying a $300 suitcase in one week. Plugged them in, didn’t expect much. Within about a half hour he came out to hang out with us and within the same day he was back to his old self. Ate all his dinner, started socializing with us again, and has not peed on anything since. They may not work for all cats, but definitely worth a shot if you’re at your wit’s end like I was. I wish they had a version of this for humans, lol.

These seem to work well with our 5 cats. I notice less scuffles after a week and hope it continues to help.

This works well in my multi-cat household. It seems to keep the cats calmer and less fighting takes place amongst them. It also calm my high anxiety boy.

We gave this Cat Calming Pheromone dispenser a try on an agitated cat that was being fostered. Did it work or make any difference? I didn't notice any change, and followed the instructions to the letter. Will it work for you? Who knows. It is very difficult to measure the effectiveness. If you can afford it, might as well try it. For someone short on cash, I would not recommend it. It was easy to set up but it is important to follow the directions - re: placement, etc.

I got a new-to-me 11 yr old kitty, her prior Grandmama also gifted me with the can of spray by Comfort Zone. That spray truly helped kitty adjust more calmly into her new home. Each and every time I sprayed it she would calm down and purr and you could see the content in her eyes. And I could smell it every single time. Unfortunately, it wears off within 4 or 5 hours; and it makes the situation rebound where she's nervous and skittish again. I knew I needed something longer term and the diffuser sounded like an awesome idea. Sold by Fanny Gifts. Ordered 11.04.22 These 2 diffusers were placed approx 20 ft apart, one in the small bedroom and one down the hall. 1) These diffusers barely have a scent like the spray, allllmost nothing, to be exact. I SHOULD smell something similar to the single can spray, even slightly. Nope. 2) Neither cat reacts to them, notices, or investigates. 3) It has been almost 2 weeks, and no change in their behaviour. The hissing aggression continues, until I use the individual spray. 4) I bought a different brand of individual spray, it has far less scent; but, still works far better than these dual diffusers. ... Lasts far less than 4-5 hours to make it through the night, though. 5) Purchased two other high priced name brand diffusers, and in 24 hours they are far more calm. I sense they will Finally learn to live together. (Will update soon.) Ultimately, I do not understand how the two diffusers aren't the same scent or behavior reaction as the single can spray I received. The only thing I can surmise is that maybe it's watered down or old or some other something something I don't know. I'm still learning about using pheromones, but, the partially used can of spray of this same name brand Truly Does work. Somehow, the diffusers do not. Edited: 12.01.22. One of the units blew my outlet reset. The unit looks fine, unit was warm.... but somehow, it popped. The 2nd unit is still trying, but, ultimately....it is not helping the cats coexist. Will remove and toss for fire safety.

These things keep the cats happy and calm. This box has six refills and three diffusers, and honestly I only use them one at a time, but it lasts. All year, pretty much. The price seems to be continually climbing, but it's still worth it.

These work very well. I can always tell when I doon't change them on time. My cat become s more agressive and wants to bite me.

I have cats that will fight at certain times of the day, and the actual pheromone part works great. So five stars on that part. However, I feel like I've been trapped into buying the dispenser part that is defective over and over again because it leaks (negative rating if it would allow for such a thing). There is a seam in the plastic that widens over time (or in one case just a few days) and causes the container to leak. I have had 1 unit that lasted about a year until it broke, so that's the longest so far. I got two replacements that broke in a matter of days/weeks. Also, this is very particular about where the placement should go. I put it under an outlet that was near a table I had. The slightly warmer air caused the table to start growing mold underneath that required multiple cleanings to remove. I also made the mistake of putting it too close to a window sill in another location that ended up causing huge drips and liquid running down my wall into the live outlet. Be sure to place it in a location where there is nothing above it at all (not even part of an edge of a table or any sort of thing that will stick out from your wall). It also seems to run hotter on certain outlets, so the internal temperature doesn't seem to have any flow/regulation other than what it's getting so I suggest monitoring very closely. I'm considering some kind of additional silicon sealant on the unit at the seams to see if that helps, but I don't know if that will just make the leaking situation worse from another location in the dispenser.

Tengo una gata extremadamente nerviosa, recién adopté 2 gatos nuevos y se puso muy mal. Se escondía, se le empezó a caer el pelo, la veía muy decaída. Temí le fuera a dar PIF por estrés. Mi última esperanza era este producto ya había escuchado de las feromonas sintéticas. Debo admitir que sí funciona llevo apenas 3 días y ya se ve el cambio. Puede que no dure el mes completo pero el paquete trae 6 repuestos así que no me apura mucho. Veo a mi gata más tranquila y eso me da mucha paz. Ya no se esconde y luce cómoda con la presencia de los nuevos. Si me llegó uno un poco derramado pero creo que es normal por el movimiento de paquetería. No vienen sellados ni nada solo enroscados. No paso a mayores. Vale la pena, hagan el gasto. También ayuda a que ya no peleen tanto.

NO SIRVE. Lo compré para calmar a uno de los gatos (atacaba al otro), lleva más de un mes y se puso PEOR de agresivo. Según las descripciones, en una semana empiezan a verse resultados. Al menos para mí, fue una MENTIRA, en MI caso, NO FUNCIONÓ.

This product was designed for the US and Canada where the input voltage should be 120v, while our electricity in the UAE is 220v so when I plugged it in the diffuser started melting down, you will need a step-down voltage converter to be able to use it in this region.
