BowFlex 4.1S Bench

Delivered earlier than expected. Easy to assemble with supplied tools. Good quality, but waiting to see how it performs after a few weeks use.

Not difficult to assemble, just follow the instructions, all tools included. Great weight - almost 30kg - which means it stays put when using, just keep it on level ground/floor. I put a rug under it for extra measure.

This is my first weight bench so I don't have anything to compare with, but I'm pleased with the build quality and its easy to operate (change angles). The seat cushion only has a thin bar supporting it underneath so avoid this area for step-ups. Overall happy with my purchase but I do think its expensive for what it is.

Comfortable bench with useful positions to raise the back up and down. It could be slightly better if the gap between the two pieces was not so wide as its a little too wide for me but otherwise I like the gap for the head and positions it does go in.

This bench has to be assembled. It’s very nice quality, but my main gripe is the seat adjustment. It has a bolt that has to be screwed in and out. Time consuming and fiddly. It’s also difficult to see the corresponding hole - I had to use my mobile phone. This feature is not on either of Bowflexs other benches. Upon reflection, I wish I’d never bought it.

El banco es perfecto, muy fácil de montar y robusto, muy buena calidad, después de buscar muchos bancos al final he acertado y encima con los prime days me salió por 200€, también recalcar que la entrega era para el martes y me llegó el sábado, antes de lo esperado! :)

Very solid bench, with impressive build quality/stability and all around function. Love the fact it can be easily moved and stored in a standing position, saving me room in a space that doesn't have much to begin with! This, along with the Select Tech weights have been an expensive, but all around great investment if you want a better at home workout, while also saving space. Elevate your fitness gains and buy this beauty, you won't regret it!
