I have issues with cooking food so these are a great tasting meal replacement... the taste may not suit everyone, I think it's like a cross between concensed milk and strawberry flavoured Sunny Delight, both of which are things I used to love.

Great way to refuel after a workout
I use this as a supplement after working out at the gym. It tastes wonderful and acts as a pick me up until I can eat properly
