Great cereal. Tastes good. Used for bread recipe

Delicious & Filling
Delicious, filling, & healthy breakfast. Cold cereals just don't keep me full but this cereal does. I have been eating it for years now. I usually put it in a mug & drink it (with milk & sugar of course). I had a hard time finding it in the stores near me and I was having a panic attack (just kidding) so I bought 4 of them from Amazon. For an extra filling breakfast I put about a tablespoon of Chia seeds in it.

Great Product but watch the shipping cost
Took a chance on this one and was not disappointed. The cereal was great hot whether served with egg or sweetened. Very tasty. My only complaint is I could not get it using my Amazon Prime. I had to pay shipping which was almost as much as the product itself. Need to work on that. Cannot get this product near me in stores.

Delighted to find this cereal.
I was surprised that I had to pay shipping on this particular order however, I discovered it was absolutely worth it as the cereal is excellent and very delicious It reminds me of the old Ralston cereal of my childhood, which is exactly what I was looking for

Bob achieved perfection
Place half cup boiling water on quarter cup cereal, perhaps add some raisins to plump (rehydrate), stir, wait a few minutes. Add a pinch of salt if your diet allows and sweeten to taste. The taste, the protein, the fiber, the complex carbs for lasting energy, I'm soo happy with this product.

Hot cereal
It’s not as tasteful as other hot cereal unless you have to mix it with fruits and or raisins. I also avoided to add salt. Otherwise it’s a very good healthy food.
