Lat pull device

I’m a tall guy and can’t squat inside the cage and with pull ups have to hold legs up or back, it’s sturdy enough even though the whole cage does wobble a bit. For £400 it’s a bit expensive but it’s needed and it does do the job for a good home workout, I will add that the pull up bar is very smooth and not much grip on there, if you leave outside it will rust pretty quick just FYI. Easy to assemble about an hour with 2 people. For bench my hands go wider then the width of the frame which is a little inconvenient but overall I’m happy with the product and it does exactly what I need it to so I would recommend.

Delighted with this! Sturdy, relatively easy to assemble though you’ll need a proper socket wrench. The one provided is too basic. Good quality and surprisingly doesn’t take up as much space as you’d think. Holds heavy weight without any concern. I hesitatingly bought the last pulldown attachment worried it would be the old, jerky systems of old but I’m really pleased with how smoothly it works. All in all, awesome value for money, great quality and looks great in any home gym.

Took around 30 minutes to put together. Feels really sturdy and strong. I'm 6ft3 tall and there's plenty of space left on the back, not sure how tall you'd have to be to be too tall for this bench. Easy to alter angle and fold away. The height of the folded product is a little high and only just fits under a bed. For the price really cannot go wrong. I think this is the happiest I've been with a purchase for a long long time.

Easy to assemble (a second pair of hands does come in pretty hand for some parts mind). Strong structure for supporting an Olympic bar and/or body weight on the pull up bars. Fairly light weight structure - it holds together well and supports direct loads but I did try hanging gymnastic rings from the bars as well, I was sceptical and rightly so; the structure is not heavy enough to counter the weight so will likely tip with a relatively small moment. That being said, for the price it is very good and more than sufficient for a basic home gym.

I’ve had this product for over two months and I can say it’s strong for my use. I also got frame and other attachments for it again easy to put together with clear instructions. However I would recommend using your own tools to assemble this product.

If you can get it for £169 then it's great value. There's a very detailed review on here already, so I'm not going to duplicate the effort but it is good quality and relatively easy to assemble. Having said that, the price seems to have shot up right after I bought mine, and I don't think I would have paid more for home equipment.

Can’t fault this. Good quality finish, excellent assembly instructions, solid, right for the job. I’m delighted with it.

Easy and straightforward to assemble but I would recommend using your own tools instead of the small ones provided. Once built this item is very study, I am even handing a boxing bag from the crossbar ! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a value for money gym cage.

This is my first rack. I have been using this rack for a few weeks now. I am 6'1 and I am able to do chin ups in, though sometimes my feet hit the floor, either way it still usable. I can also squat and bench inside the rack without any issues. Sometimes its a little difficult doing lunge style squats inside the rack, I have attached safety arms to the outside of the rack to perform them in front of the rack. My only complaint about the chin up bars is that its smooth metal, light gnarling would have been nice for some grip. I worked around this by wrapping hockey tape around the bars for the chin up part, works perfectly. I do weighted chin ups and it feels sturdy to me. My only other complaint about it is that it has no way to secure to the floor. I worked around this by putting "all-round" over the feet and screwing into the floor (able to do so where I have it). This keeps it from tipping and sliding when doing dips off of the dip attachment i bought, and also when doing any band work where I am standing out from the rack. You can also use 6' barbells with this rack if you are limited on space like me. The collars will be really close to the safeties which can be annoying but they will sit safely outside the J hooks and safety pins. I probably wont be able to push the limits of this for a while, I am only ~160 lbs and only bench ~165 lbs and squat ~170 lbs though I feel like this rack can handle heavier loads (it's tubular steel). I bought some additional j hooks and safety arms for the outside. The option for attaching a lat pull down machine is a bonus (if it ever comes back in stock); however I was able to build my own upper and lower cable system off of the rack. I built it a few weeks ago, I have only checked the bolts once and all were still as tight as they were when I put it together. Assembly was pretty straight forward, I was able to do it by myself without any issues. The fact that it uses 1" holes means there are A LOT of compatible attachments.

E' davvero un bel oggetto. Panca molto solida, facile da gestire per gli esercizi e da ripiegare in modo che non occupi tanto spazio in casa. Anche il prezzo non è esagerato per la qualità del prodotto. Comprata con gli sconti del black friday è stata davvero un affare. Sono molto soddisfatto e ne raccomando l'acquisto.

Très bonne qualité , très confortable à utiliser ! Juste un bémol d’une barre de support : les trous pas du bon côté obligé de rafistoler 😅 mais rien de gênant au montage!

our wellness center is being renovated so bought this hoping it would fill the gap for then 6 months then I would donate it/give it away ... very pleasantly surprised ... packed great, built great - assembly simple (6 bolts w/tool supplied and done) ... the "no gap" seat is a big deal ... glad I read reviews and purchased that version ... literally seamless/comfortable for various exercises ... that version also has the extra and important 30 degree position ... a home run at a great price
