It seemed to ave helped cough up chest congestion when I had a bad chest could. However, i don't know for sure if it was these drops alone or if taking it in conjunction with the guaifenesin (mucinex, robitussin) was what helped. It could've been the guaifenesin alone that is what helped get up chest congestion.

Just not certain...
I am an older ex smoker many years and pretty Into Fitness for the last 10 years so I took the product as recommended for almost a month and I don't really feel like it did what it says it does either that or I just don't have anything in my lungs to get rid of that is possible. So just to give it the benefit of the doubt
