QuickZip Zip-Tie Multi-Purpose Combo Lock 2 Pack

I don't have a bike, but I use these to secure the diesel nozzle on my refuel tank. It prevents the nozzle from falling off and leaking in bed of truck. My son uses the other one to secure his pesticide equipment in the back of pest control truck to prevent someone grabbing the equipment with chemical and getting hurt. The function is as described. good value for the money very well made and easy to set your own combination. it's made of good durable materials. works as described.

I bought 2 two packs of these. 3 of the locks were easy to set. The 4th doesn’t work at all. It won’t push down to turn to set the combination. I thought I just sucked at life but my husband tried too and it wouldn’t work for him either. Anyway still a good product. Will probably buy more. Wish you would replace the one that doesn’t work though without me having to send the ones that work back.

I like these. They may not be as completely secure as bigger locks but if you can get by with using something that is simply a deterrent to thieves, this is a good solution at a fraction of the weight

Immediately upon handling the lock in the process of programming the lock code the plastic shell cracked, almost like the plastic isn't bendable enough. Very strange. I returned it as I don't want a lock that's just gonna rust - I planned on using it in the outdoors to lock a scooter. Also, the lock mechanism is stiff and not easy to turn and that's not gonna work for my tween who is often in a rush to get on his scooter and go. By the way, side note, go to Youtube and you'll find instructions on how to easily crack the code on these zip-tie locks: maybe not an issue if you're just looking for a bit of security, but I think I'd rather find something that's secure and easy to use on a scooter, if there's such a lock.

These little zip-tie looking locks are great for a lot of different applications. I have used one to lock the legs of a ladder I keep outside to try to make it less enticing to thieves. And the fact that you can set the combo yourself is a plus.

I use on for extra security on my chickens coop. It’s worked great. Worked through 100+ temps down to -20 temps. The other one, however, snapped on me. It’s been inside, unused. I went to use it on our duck coop for extra security and when I went to hook it together the end just snapped. Now it doesn’t work. Frustrating. When it doesn’t snap it’s great, but there is no reason for mine to break when it had not even been used yet.

It's easy to change the combination. They remove easily. I use them for low security situations but they are pretty tough. I use them for electric scooters and I really like them for skis at questionable resorts because you can lock them to the communal rack during a long lunch by the parking lot and nobody is going to try to cut it off at a place like that. It is nice and secure with a steel band going through the plastic band so really would be a pain to hack through, but I only use it for light security jobs.

Bought these as extra licks if we just stop for a coffee and have bikes with us, we attach our helmets and lock the front wheel, to stop anyone just jumping on and trying to ride off . Believe me even with bikes right next to you this can happen , the locks are actually very sturdy and strong. Very pleased with them

I was looking for a lock to tether my rear panniers to my bike rack. These fit the bill. The instructions to set the combo are really easy. This lock is definitely a deterrent. It would stop a pro from stealing something they really want but it would slow them down or deter them altogether. Several people have purchased these since.

Not used these yet but they seem robust enough to deter a thief

hola¡¡¡ en general el producto es bueno al tacto se siente de buena calidad y el diseño es bueno a mi parecer es bastanmte resistente tan asi que ahora que ovide la contraseña no se que hacer o como lograr abrir el cerrojo, si esto es visto por el fabricante y/o el proveedor les agreadeceria si me pudieran apoyar con alguna solucion. en general el producto es super recomendable para comprar lo recomniendo
