I have a 10 yo German Shepherd and he is on his second bag. Granted it’s a little pricey, but what isn’t these days. He used to move much slower, and we live in NM and summer is on, but not too hot yet. He seems to be moving more mobile and quicker. He has colitis and I cook his meals (chicken thighs, white new potatoes, sweet potatoes, psyllium husk powder, strawberries & blueberries, ground flax seed and this . . . prior to adding this his colitis had been well under control. This product has not compromised his digestion at all.

So the first bag I order helped my dogs a lot who both have ibd but the second bag I ordered looked completely different and just seemed like it wasn’t the same quality because it wasn’t helping my dogs anymore. It looks very brown and doesn’t smell the same . It also takes a long time for product to arrive

Started to give this to my dog, I worked him up the suggested dose and my dogs eyes swelled up. Took him to the vet but we couldn’t figure out why. Since it was new I took him off the turmeric and he got better. I wasn’t sure if it was the medicine the gave or if it was me removing from diet. So I gave him turmeric again and bam eyes swollen again, took it away again and back to normal. Beware of this product. I tried to return but they don’t take returns. BEWARE!

I bought this for my crew. They snub it. If I put it on their food they will not eat it. I have tried everything. It is really strong smelling. I have used other brands with no issues. But my girls are picky.

My pup is and 80lb bully mix so he would take the largest suggested dose of a tablespoon (i assume daily). Given the expense I would probably give it a little less but regularly enough to still benefit. He's not old and is super active. He has a lot of energy but we've already noticed him getting sore at times, sometimes limping after play etc. He's prone to allergies and digestive issues as well. I haven't noticed any specific changes or improvements but he didn't have any problem eating it with his food. There haven't been any adverse reactions yet. I'm not expecting any drastic changes but just hoping to boost his nutrition a little for the future. Mixed well with kibble and rehydrated raw food.

My dog apparently doesn't like the taste. I've tried varying amounts (to hide it) and she is not fooled. I really wanted a turmeric supplement for her but I guess this won't be the one.

It’s a good product overall but very pricey for the amount you pay for and the serving amount you have to give your dog. Especially compared to the pumpkin formula made by the Same brand which is very similar!
