The size is perfect for holding a decent amount of mail. It is deep enough that letters or envelopes won't spill or stick out. And the little lip on the side helps open the box easily. I love the color and the fact that it looks elegant. Hardware was included with it, so it made pretty easy to attach to my new vinyl sided house. Highly recommend.

Ordered three of these for our rental properties and they turned out amazing. They have not rusted from being exposed to the rain- good quality. They were very easy to install. Functionality is great because they are large enough for small packages to fit in. Keep the mail/packages dry and protected.

I bought this for a friend as a (kinda) joke birthday gift. She takes frequent trips out of town and asks me to gather her mail when she's gone. She had the tiniest mail box imaginable, so when the local newspaper started being delivered by USPS, it was a very tight squeeze. Her husband painted the new mail box a different color to match their house and it looks very nice.

It's attractive, sturdy and well made. Plenty of room for large envelopes or small packages. Keeps the mail dry in heavy storms. Should have come with a template for locating the mounting screws. It's four dots on a piece of paper, guys - how hard would it be? Four stars for that omission. Otherwise excellent.

If you're looking for a sleek, modern mailbox, I highly recommend this product. Installation was a breeze for my husband. He did it by himself with a standard drill/bit, and in about 10 minutes it was done and ready for use. He also used a small level and permanent marker to mark our vinyl siding to ensure it was even. All hardware was included and the instructions were easy to follow. The mailbox sits flush against our siding and opens with ease. I was worried the lid would hit against our house, but that is not the case. It has rained heavily several times since we've had it, and no water has gotten inside. The lid is pitched on a downward angle which guides the water away from the mailbox. As far as space is concerned, I could not be happier. The mailbox fits small to medium sized packages with ease and also letter-sized envelopes without bending them. It is very roomy and was able to hold several days' worth of mail when we recently went away. The material it is made of is thicker than I expected and overall, is very durable. The performance of this product has exceeded our expectations. The value for the money paid is excellent and well worth it. We have gotten many compliments from our neighbors and are very satisfied with this mailbox.

Picking a wall-mounted mailbox can be a difficult task. Our family looked and looked and looked (and looked and looked). Went to so many home improvement places, and stopped in the smaller mom & pop shops, too! We love this mailbox. The outside wipes off easily when dust accumulates, seems to be keeping our mail dry in the wet weather of winter, roomy interior for heavier mail days or soft-sided mailers w/ meds and such, and love the padded lid when retrieving/adding mail (fairly quiet when the lid closes!). Love the black color! Mailbox does not lock, but we did not want a locking mailbox!

Purchased this box to replace an existing vertical mailbox for my mom. She needed a horizontal mailbox that was easy to access. The looks nice from the road, and is the perfect size for the amount of mail she gets and the lid works great for keeping her mail dry. We attached an easy to use flag, as she uses it for mail pickup. She chose not to use the hardware included, but instead, we mounted it to the ramp railing zip-ties. She is one step to the box and the mail carrier isn’t climbing steps needlessly.

Large and sturdy. This model doesn't have the option to lock.

After only a few months on our front fence the foam under the lid is peeling off. The color has faded completely and gone a greyish matte color even with cleaning and the screws are rusted on one side. Poor quality for the price.
