I have some pretty strict requirements for protein bars, and IQ bars meet all my requirements, most importantly low in sugar and carbohydrates, but delightfully sweetened with the plant based stevia, and no cane sugar or sugar alcohols. Even more important is the consistency, which is a bit like a firmer, but still soft, cookie dough made into a bar. It’s also high in fiber, which is a bonus to me. The calorie count per bar is not bad, 160-180, and while not high, the amount of protein per bar, of 12 G, is adequate for me. As I use these bars mostly as a snack, not meal replacement, I find that even half a bar satisfies my emergent hunger and my sweet tooth, when I’m on the go. The 3 flavors in this multi-pack are all good, in my opinion. Overall good quality and ingredients, and one of the healthier bars I’ve encountered. Other notes of importance, they’re gluten free and non-gmo certified.

These plant protein bars are surprisingly good. The chocolate flavors taste natural, not overly sweet, and the texture is satisfying compared to many other protein bars. They’re filling and work well as a quick snack or light meal replacement. I also like the ingredient profile—feels cleaner and easier on the stomach than many protein bars I’ve tried before. The variety pack is a nice way to try different flavors without getting bored. Overall, very happy with the taste, quality, and nutrition. Would definitely buy again.

Update: I was reached out by their team to give them another try. I was a bit skeptical since the texture and taste of the earlier batch was so off. It was chewy and strange in taste. HOWEVER, their new recipe is really really good. I mean it! The new recipe have a more natural texture, not sure how to really describe it but it feels like real ingredients in it compared to their prior recipe. The texture is still soft like and not super crunchy compared to nature valley crunchy. As for taste, now here is key. It actually make me want to eat it. I have tried their old recipe almond butter and peanut butter and did not like it. It tasted like overly processed with flavors that did not taste like what it should be. For the new recipe, so far I tried the matcha chai and the almond butter. It taste like chai and almond butter! That's key when I am trying to be healthy and we all know healthy things don't taste good! Haha. I'm not crazy about the matcha chai (maybe they can make just a matcha version if they see my review, that would be a good flavor option). Now when I say that the almond butter is bomb, it is bomb! I can't believe that this is considered to be non-gmo, gluten free, dairy free, soy free, 1 g of sugar and 3 g of net carbs! Whatever they did, it was the right call! I would buy this again in a heartbeat! Please do not change this recipe! Overall, their updated recipe definitely is a game changer (especially for someone like me who think eating healthy should still taste good). Lastly, I was told that their new recipe ships out starting Aug 1. So if you are in the market for some healthy bars, I would recommend waiting. All the other reviews are probably from those that are used to healthy bars or something. I wanted to take these as breakfast bars in the morning as a form to be healthier rather than having unhealthy food. It was so disgusting in taste! I'm not sure how anyone eat this. If only I can return this. Im sure I can't. Its like mushed up food in a bar. Might have to donate it.

Good pack if you’ve never had these before but I can already tell you to save yourself the trouble and don’t get the peanut butter flavor. They’ve shockingly messed up that flavor but the others are solid (IMO almond butter is by far the best of these). The claims about brain benefits are inconclusive at best based on some cursory research. This is a good bar because of its protein and fiber content and lack of seed oils.

These protein bars taste really good. The ingredients are filling and easy to digest. Thank you for making such an excellent product.

I really tried to like these bars when my favorite bar was discontinued. I only rated these 3 stars, because of my preference in bar consistency. The taste is good, but I prefer a crunchier bar. This bar reminds me of uncooked cookie dough. If you enjoy a chewy bar, add a star to the review. If, like me, you prefer a crunchier bar, I stand by my rating of a 3. These bars provide a good amount of protein and have decent ingredients.

I started the keto diet 26 days ago and these were mentioned as a snack replacement. These bars although small are incredibly tasty. Not like some of these bars that taste like cardboard. Must try if on keto.

It tastes kind of like cookie dough, was very happy with it. I bought it as a healthier way to satisfy my chocolate or sugar cravings. However it is a processed food so I would consume in moderation but vs some other bars it has very minimal sugar and it's vegan which is a must for me.
