Tried this because I was having too many "senior moments." It's taken about 5-6 weeks, but I can definitely see a difference in my outlook! Not so many strolls thru rooms wondering why I'm there; fewer mental gymnastics trying to think of someone's name; you know.

Could be 4 stars, but...
Neutrally it could be a 4-star review, but the reason is considerably a positive. After taking it for a month+ twice in the span of a few months, when I ran out the 2nd time I had taken it for a month (about, 25-days supply per package) I felt it's absence in my general day-to-day. That could easily make it a 4-star review by some mentally attainable principled conclusion, but I am simply more optimistic than that. A happy user, to now full-time daily use. Happy Supplements!

10/10 definitely recommend
It works amazing I have ADHD and it makes my brain go quiet and let's me focus and remember better. It's a little sticky. Also doesnt taste the best but it gets the job done.
