Bose QuietComfort 35 II Wireless Bluetooth Headphones with Alexa - Black (Renewed)

Absolute best headphones. I have the rose gold ones for 4 years now and use almost daily. My husband had bought beats at same time and they stopped working a few months ago. I got him to get these black version of my Bose headphones and he couldn’t believe how amazing they are. The noise cancellation is superior and the sound is pristine. I will always buy Bose headphones. Worth every penny and you will get long life and sound quality.

Works well for a refurbished set. Just like new and absolutely no faults

I bought these to replace a totally worn-out (and 17-year-old) set of QC-2 headphones, and I love these. They don't require a battery or power to work normally. They have typical Bose excellent comfort, and I can use them WIRED to listen to videos with no problem. The only drawback is turning on the power switch doesn't seem to provide any noise-cancelling. Perhaps the power switch is only for using these headphones in wireless mode? ALSO: I bought these from "Amazon Renewed" vendor. I have absolutely ZERO complaints about the quality of what they sent, especially at the good price they charge.

First off the head phones fit like a dream, super lightweight, comfortable and have amazing sound. Secondly, and the most important, the active noise canceling is night and day difference. While sitting here writting this I have the dishwasher running about 12 feet away from me and the keyboard i am typing on is a mechanical keyboard with cherry red keys and I can only hear the spacebar when I am hitting it, not when pressing it normally. These things rock. Finally I purchased these as a returned product and they look amazing, not a scratch, or any signs of being worn. I would recommend to anyone that this is the way to go.

I really hope someone reads this comment before they order because these ARE NOT REAL BOSE HEADPHONES. I have a pair of legitimate Bose QC35 ii's which recently broke after a couple years of use and needed replacing, so I came here and found these "refurbished" headphones for much cheaper than new Bose's. Well, they arrived today and I put them on, excited to have headphones again - and to my surprise the sound quality and noise cancelling was really bad compared to my original pair. Then, I realized that they were actually significantly lighter than the og ones, and so I started comparing the two closely, and I discovered that the construction of this "new" pair is really shoddy (rough edges everywhere, the wires inside the headband bunch up when you fold the earphone as designed, the green dot for the power button was clearly dotted on poorly with a paint brush). And the kicker is that there are design elements on this pair that don't match up 1:1 with my og pair, like parts painted the wrong shade of grey. DO NOT ORDER THESE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING ACTUAL BOSE HEADPHONES. THIS IS A SCAM.

Good price and value for the Bose Q35 headphones. Battery has long life.

Very good sound. But broke after less then a year

Refurbished Bose QuietComfort 35 Series II headphones: Product arrived in good condition and on time. Product needed a verbal receipt code that was sent in a email. This code had to be communicated verbally and directly to the Amazon driver before I could take possession of the package. Product arrived inside a hard case with a very short audio cable. Product was uncharged upon arrival. 3 hours to obtain a full charge. The Bose QuietComfort 35 Series II headphones felt good on the head and sounded good. The on and off switch I thought, was clumsy operation compared to other headphones I own. Note: The noise deduction default is high. The noise reduction also depletes battery levels. The reason for the return of my Refurbished Bose QuietComfort 35 Series II headphones is these headphone are considered “aged” by the Bose tech support team. This is aged product a will not connect to any active Bose apps to adjust bass or treble levels except for the Bose connect app. The Bose Connect app will give you only certain specific information. The app will let you change the noise reduction level, but, as soon a you close out the app, turn off the headphones and back on again, the noice cancellation returns to default high. It does not register permanently in the Refurbished Bose QuietComfort 35 Series II headphones. If you’re okay without customization of your sound quality, these are okay but not for me.
