The 4 star is because it's thinner than honey. It thickens to warm butter is you refrigerate it. Dissolves very fast, hard to work with. Works for sore muscles and joints and you can feel your skin absorbing it. It works on healing a bruise rapidly.

Best gel I’ve ever bought for severe painful cramps in both my legs -used to wake up - unable to walk - crying in pain - tried many different brands - this is the best. I cover my legs with Arnica gel before going to sleep and NEVER wake in pain.
