I purchased the silver color bracelet and ring combo. They are better looking in person. I needed to take a couple links out so it would not slide up and down my arm. Simple enough. It is very comfortable to wear and very decent quality. I would recommend.

Heavy construction, not flimsy. Attractive, not flashy. Plenty large for any wrist size and can be adjusted smaller.

IT appears to have special quality after wearing a few days noticeable difference in posture and less pain when standing and so far no short of breath going up and down steps its a little large but not too big where it will slide off the only thing once i closed the clasp I am unable to open so I just slide bracelet on and off

The clasp was so tight I couldn't open it with my mild arthritis. Even the jeweler had to get a pliers to open and adjust. It is beautiful and hope lasts a long time
