I came across these a while back and have purchased them several times since. Seaweed is a good source of iodine, vitamin b12 as well as other nutrients that for some people support their thyroid health. I like that there are only three ingredients...seaweed, avocado oil, and sea salt. That's it. I enjoy the taste and don't find them too "seaweedy". The thickness and texture are just right. They are light and have a subtle crisp that almost melts in your mouth. One little pack has just enough seaweed in it for a snack and the size of the pack can easily fit in a purse, lunch bag, gym bag, pocket, etc. The entire package comes with 20 individual packs, also making it a great value for what you're getting. This is my favorite brand of seaweed snacks.

I try to get more iodine from my food for thyroid health but don’t eat fish as much as I should. Many of the seaweed snacks out there have oils I don’t prefer but this one has avocado oil. It’s crispy and delicious with just the right amount of salt. Sometimes I eat them with my meal but honestly they’re delicious alone and satisfy my cravings for something crunchy and salty. I often eat them instead of potato chips.

It tastes really good. It taste like the original just a little bit healthier if you’re looking for a healthy snack like seaweed, I promise that it just takes the same as original on the side when it says I will have you saying, give me more. I actually need more, but I really recommend this

This is a great, heathy grab and go snack item. We have been buying it for over a year mostly with the bi-monthly subscribe and save option. Each individual package has 8 “sheets” of seaweed in it. Pros: Unlike other brands, it only has 3 ingredients - seaweed, salt and avocado oil. It also has vitamins and minerals I often miss in my typical diet. Cons: It does have an ocean/fishy taste to it (which you should expect from SEAweed). Additionally, I sometimes feel like I’m just eating a piece of paper with salt. Nonetheless, this is a staple in our snack pantry and my kids eat it a few times a week.

Organic seaweed is very healthy for you. Nice way to snack on something and it’s hard to get in stores so I think this is a great value as a large pack and just when you want something crunchy and something to snack on it’s good.

I eat these daily, so crispy and tasty we did a SS. Good source of iodine too and 0 carbs.
