We needed some probiotics a few months ago, on the advice of our physician, so naturally when shopping for some, I gravitated towards the Best Nest Brand (love their multi-vitamins and it is a brand I have used and really like), and ended up with Mama Bird Probiotics. I didn't realize these were formulated for "mamas" at the time, but found they were great for non-mamas too. Had everything we needed in one easy to swallow capsule. My husband used them too and it helped our stomachs a lot. Noticed a difference when we ran out and stopped using them, our guts were not happy anymore. I chose 5 stars for taste because there was no taste, for me at least. Thank you Best Nest Mama Bird, for offering such a good high quality product that I can trust.

I am impressed with Mama Bird Probiotics and love the results! I’ve been using it for two weeks now and I can honestly say I have already seen a difference. I am in my third trimester and started having stomach discomfort and digestion issues. I take these probiotics on an empty stomach and drink extra water to prevent any weird aftertaste. I can assure you that after just a few days I had less bloating, got my gut on a regular schedule and feel more energy. These capsules are small and easy to swallow. I believe it’s important to anyone to take probiotics to give your immune system a boost. I'll continue taking Mama Bird Probiotics while pregnant and then post partum. The pill was smaller than expected. I usually have a hard time with big pills, so I have to get all my multivitamins in gummy form. This pill is very small and very easy to swallow. No issues there! There's also no unpleasant smell or aftertaste, which is great for nauseous pregnancy days. After taking this for a few days, it did help with my bloat right away. It helped me go to the bathroom and clear things out within the day. I definitely feel that this product helps with my gut health and helps me be less paranoid about what I eat when I am carrying or nursing a baby.

Ever since being pregnant, I have had digestive issues and was looking for a good probiotic to help. I have been taking these for about a week now. I definitely didn’t notice any immediate digestive changes, but I have seen a decrease in bloating. Those are incredibly easy to swallow and have zero taste or after taste. I will continue to take these to see if they do end up improving my digestive health over time.

These are great! Make sure you take on an empty stomach for best results. I wouldn’t recommend in first trimester they smell like baby puke and will make you gag if your sensitive. I started taking them in second trimester so all nausea is gone. -per My Wife.

I love how small these capsules are; it makes them very easy to swallow first thing in the morning (instructions say to take them on an empty stomach. It's easier for me to remember if I keep them by my bed and take them as soon as I wake up). These probiotics did not make me gassy or constipated like some other's I've tried in the past. I used these for a little over 2 weeks, and now I feel more regular than ever. I really recommend these and definitely plan to continue purchasing them during my pregnancy and afterward.

I had a feeling these would not go well based on the very high CFU count of 50 billion; 20 billion is the highest most people need, and even that is high. They gave me TERRIBLE gas and gut pain. However, I reached out to the company and they had wonderful customer service and gave me an Amazon refund, so I got the Pink Stork brand which has a much lower CFU count and they work great.

I'll start off by saying that I'm on a big health journey after having my third child, so I have been adding a lot of good stuff into my diet and life and probiotics are something I have taken in the past but didn't really get serious about til now. Because I'm nursing a baby, these hit all the marks for me. I liked that there are multiple strains instead of just one and I like that they are formulated for pregnancy and nursing and it gives me peace of mind knowing that this supplement is safe for nursing. So many supplements are not! Now, some cool stuff...I have been taking them for a few weeks and noticed that a lot of my bloating has gone down. I bloat so easily and have tried cutting things out of my diet but never thought that it could possibly be my gut balance. WIN! I also was the only person in our house to NOT get hit with a stomach bug this past weekend. Obviously no idea if there's correlation but I couldn't help but wonder if it was because my gut was balanced ;) All in all I really like this product and would also continue to take it even after I am done nursing.
