Washburn's Old Fashioned Hard Filled Candy, 15.5 oz

We were so disappointed. We kno what the old-fashioned Christmas candy was, and thought that's what we were ordering. Instead, for $14 per lb, we certainly did not expect broken, beat up candy, with melted chocolate on most pieces- dumped into a plastic bag and put in a rounded cardboard BOX, not the old-fashioned candy can shown on the Amazon website. Then insult to injury, only choco fillings no fruit, and no matter what you piece you choose, they somehow all taste the same. We expected so much better from this brand.

Very good mix with what tastes something like liquid chocolate in the centers.

I have been looking for this candy for the last 8 years. And I was so excited when I opened it and tasted it and finally found it. And when I put it in my childhood candy dish it was mostly broken pieces and other pieces were tacky with the center chocolate stuck to them. So I was extremely happy I finally found it but disappointed for the price I paid for such messy candy. So I would rate this at a 50/50 I included a pic of half the container but the whole container looked like this or worse.

Some are filled some others are not, but both taste amazing. Recommend buying for those desiring it.

Product was fine, but the product arrived with the container broken at the bottom. The contents was in place , but I to use a different container. Still pleased with my purchase and sooner than expected delivery.

About half of the candies were broken and the flavors were mediocre at best!!!!

These hard candy suck. Pardon the pun. I don’t know what they’re filled with most of them, and I filled with anything. The ones that I have found filled with something they are not filled with what you would think they should be filled with hence the raspberry would be filled with raspberry and the orange with orange they’re all filled with something that resembles Peanut butter. I would never buy these again. I would prefer to return them if I could figure out how.
