Exact replacement
My combo came with an extra set of sticks and they were lost at some point. I ordered these and they are identical to the ones I still have. You do, however, need to recalibrate the joysticks during the first use. The controller recognized the new sticks as being new.

Works for M300 enterprise and smart controller
I purchased these on a gamble since they looked similar to the enterprise smart controller for the Matrice 300. These are not advertised to work. They are in fact the same ones. I have been researching with how to get them otherwise and would have to call customer support every time with DJI. This saves me so much effort. Seller needs to add this compatibility to the list!

Buy spares because you will drop into tall grass or rocks.
Tutorial video on tips for new drone pilots pointed out that it is very easy to drop one and not find it. Best to have spares before you need them.
