First of all, I just wanted to say that this product is amazing. It does absolutely everything! The moment I took it, my mood improved instantly. I've noticed that on the days when I take this compound, my brain functions at its best. I learn better, feel more motivated, and uplifted. It's great for focus, learning, and boosting a positive mood. Unfortunately, this product isn't meant to be taken every day. It's quite heavy on the brain and can have noticeable side effects the next day, especially when you wake up. So, it's not something you'd want to use continuously. It's more like an every-other-day or every-three-days kind of thing, followed by a break. The side effects aren't great, which is a shame because overall it's a fantastic product. But honestly, I'm sure there are other products out there with better pros and cons. This one just isn't designed for regular use by humans. It's a heavy compound that can turn your brain into mush if you use it for too long. So yeah, great product, but not worth the side effects. There are probably better options available.

As I'm getting older I presumed I'd need to ingest higher doses of PEA to compensate for dopamine deficiency, but that hasn't been the case yet. The threshold between useless and usefulness is thin if you produce high levels of dopamine. Unlike most dopamine deficient people who either don't feel the effects at all, or very little at best, you'd instantly feel the effects of PEA. The problem then becomes what's a good dosage before you become too restless from taking it. My personal experience with high doses is a faster crash. In my particular case for both exercising and mental focus, the sweet spot is somewhere between 200mg and 250mg with breaks of 45mins. I lose concentration at 400mg. And I don't do intense exercise workouts either to warrant this high of a dosage.

This product was horrible. It had no positive effects nor any of those listed in the description. It also made me ill. Amazon was no help and the manufacturer was not very customer focused or concerned whatsoever. They told me to contact my physician and basically they can't do anything for me. I will never order from this company again! Then, they false advertise and state FREE RETURNS, but when I tried to return it, it said not eligible for return! Amazon would not even help me and I've been buying from Amazon regularly for over 10 years now! It's a shame that sellers like HR can get away with selling poor products and nothing is done about it.

I found that this brand had the typical effects of the ingredient, however compared to the one I usually use, this brand seems to release the ingredient more slowly and consequently it’s both good and bad. It’s not optimal for the quick effects if you’re ready to get going. However, it’s a plus for those who cannot tolerate the side effects of more potent or faster releasing capsules, such as rapid heart rate and the shakiness/jitters. So depending on your needs and tolerability, this could be a good option.
