Best buy for PC 133 SD RAM
I looked around and this was the best deal on a 512MB stick of 133MHz RAM. I clocked the start up time on my old XP PC and I could see a big gain with the new RAM. Remember to install your fastest RAM in the bank closest to the CPU for best results. -Sol

Easy Upgrade for Dell Dimension 4300
Just wanted to let anyone looking to upgrade their old Dell know that Centon is a compatible and reasonably priced product. I maxed out my Dimension 4300 (1GB max over two slots) with 2 512MB boards with no problem.

Not PC100 compatible...
I have a Celeron 800MHz in a motherboard that supports PC100 (DRAM operating at a clock frequency of 100 MHz) and these memories were not recognized. The product specifications indicated that they were compatible (PC133/100), but they are not. I have not tested the product on a PC133 motherboard, so this review only talks about the compatibility issue.

Computer cuts off with new memory
I ordered 2 sticks of memory (512 MB) for my Dell Dimension 2300 to try to increase its performance. The installation for memory sticks is pretty simple and they appeared to be new and in good condition. After installing I rebooted the computer, but before it was fully rebooted, all power was shut off. I started the computer multiple times with the same results. I tried switching the positions of the sticks, placing only one stick, and using one of the new sticks with the old sticks...same results. I had a local tech come by to give me his opinion. He believes that either they're defective or noncompatible and should be returned. He also said that I should probably go with a more trusted memory maker like Crucial or PNY. I've reinstalled the old sticks and have no problem with the computer turning off. I've contacted Buy.com about getting an RMA for returning the items...We'll see.

Works In A HP Pavilion 7955
The Centon 512 MB PC133 SDRAM installed without any problems in the third memory slot of a HP Pavilion 7955. The RAM was recognized on the first power up after installation. Works fine with 2 other 256 MB PC133 SDRAM memory modules.
