Thumbs up
Amazing! Gets hot quickly, stays hot for about 30 minutes. A bit of a pain to reset but thats all right. I have probably used it 10 times so far. Great for my tight shoulders.

really wanted to love these, but....
I get terrible leg cramps at night. Upon a recommendation, I tried using snap-activated heat packs on my legs while watching TV at night before bed. I had a few small ones I got years ago, so I tried those. It totally worked. Ever since I started applying heat to my legs before bed, the night cramps totally disappeared. But my heating pads were really small, so I shopped for large ones and found these Hot Button ones. They were perfect. Large. Wrap around the legs nicely. Hold the heat for a good 30 minutes. BUT I bought a total of seven of them. Three of them burst/leaked gel out of them. I followed the use and boiling instructions exactly (use a towel in the water pot so they don't touch the sides, etc). I am very disappointed. The first one I returned had leaked with one day of use. The second one leaked within about a week (7 uses) The third one started leaking literally on Day 30 after I bought it (about 30 uses). Fortunately, I just snuck into the Amazon return window. So now I'm down to my last four. I won't be buying these Hot Button compresses again. I have several old snap-activated heat packs that have lasted years through countless use/reheat cycles. Not one of them has ever leaked. Three of seven of the Hot Button ones have failed. Why? What's notable is the outside of the Hot Button packs (like a silicone material) is noticeably thinner than my other ones. I believe the thinness simply can't withstand repeated use, and they end up leaking. It's hard to find LARGE snap-activated heat packs. I really wish these Hot Button ones were better. Maybe they'll come out with a 2.0 version someday. UPDATE Jun 19, 2024 The fourth pack failed last night. Started leaking. It's outside the 30 day return window. I'll contact the seller. It seems these are excellent heat packs .... but only for about 30 uses, then they fail. I have three of the original seven left. We'll see how long they'll last. UPDATE Jun 23, 2024 Another one started leaking. I'm down to two. UPDATE Jun 27, 2024 Another one started leaking last night. Now I'm down to ONE from the original SEVEN. UPDATE Jun 27, 2024 (part 2) Geez. Just last night the sixth one gave up the ghost. Now tonight, the last of the seven (*SEVEN*), too, started to leak. So, that's the last of my updates. I bought 7 of the Hot Buttons. All of them failed. All of them leaked. None lasted more than about 40 uses. Fortunately, three of them failed within Amazon's 30-day return policy. I had to eat the cost of the last four because they failed after 30 days.

Bigger is better
So far, so good. Took a couple attempts to flex the disk before the crystals would activate but finally success. First opaque picture before kneeding (as suggested in instructions), following picture after kneeding and as you can see the pak is much more pliable but I feel much heat lost during this process as the pak only stayed hot for fifteen minutes and warm for another fifteen. Probably will not bother with that step next time if using for my back, only if using for my wrist or something like that. Instructions do say to wrap in cloth to boil to return to liquid state but that more easily achieved by buying an reset boiling bag for heat packs. Overall very happy with this.

Great for aches and pains
Great for aches and pains. Only complaint is that it doesn't last quite as long as I expected, although I use it every night. I did get about 75+ uses out of it.

Not bad but take a long time to reuse
Heats up quickly but doesn’t seem to last as long as I hoped. It takes a long time and energy to boil the element back to liquid state. I think a regular old hot water bottle will suffice just as well.

Awesome
Wish we didn't have to boil, but it's amazing and it gets hot.

Don’t waste hour money
Don’t waste your money!!! It worked once and hasn’t worked since. The first time I used this product it worked great. Got very hot easily and stayed hot for a long time. After boiling, per the manufacturer instructions to return the product to liquid form it appears to be broken. It will return to liquid, but doesn’t stay. Shortly after becoming a liquid it goes back to solid. Very disappointed in this product. I would not waste your money on this.

Best heating pad
I no longer use any other type of heating pad. It is true that to make them soft again you have to boil them which is a little bit annoying but once you get used to them it’s totally fine or just have your husband or boyfriend do it ;) These last for an hour (or more!) I just put a blanket on top of the heating pad to keep them hotter longer! I really like these because I can travel with them. They have all different sizes and they’re very convenient Be careful not to leave it directly on the skin!!!

Love this product. Heats up with snap of the little metal disk inside fairly quickly and lasts longer than I'd thought. Super easy to deactivate and ready for its next use. Highly recommend this item

I usually it’s almost every single night because I do not have a microwave and cannot hit up any bags these heat up so nicely so quickly and last four or more than half an hour. All you have to do is boil them for a few minutes and water in the morning and then they can be used again.

I'm a Nurse Injector and this is amazing for my emergency kit. I need heat fast, this heats up in less than 20 seconds. I don't need longevity. I only received it today, lets see how it is going forward.
