I have had these resistance bands for 6 years. They are terrific. They don't get tangled. They never got sticky. Solid product. Update After 6 years. Two of them just broke. ...Im pretty sure it's because they were in direct sunlight this year. Make sure you don't let them be in direct sunlight, they'll dry up and Crack. No injury or anything, we just went to setup and they snapped.

I've got at least one of every size Iron Core band now -including the 4 inch orange monster, which I use for resistance training in our garage. Combined with attachment points on the wall and a couple of other pieces of equipment, I get a very effective, difficult workout from head to toe. I personally use the giant orange band for squats with the band under my feet and behind my head. It's not a ton of 'weight' at the bottom of the movement, but obviously that builds as it stretches. It's the best thing I can find in lieu of an actual barbell and a bunch of plates which I don't have the room for (or budget - have you SEEN the price of free weights during covid? yeesh). There's tons of videos on YT with just resistance band training to give you ideas on how to use these for WAY more than pullups. Undersun is a good example. Hot tip - get some mechanic's gloves and save your hands! Also, I contacted them for replacement of a broken band and they were prompt, cordial and easy to work with. Highly recommend and their bands are awesome.

These came nicely packaged and were clean. I've been using them for a few months now and they have been performing great so far. I would recommend these to my family and friends.

I have a "Power Tower" at home and because it's not the most stable contraption I needed to get assist bands for super strict pull ups, chin ups, and dips since any kipping what-so-ever causes the tower to shake way too much. These bands are perfect and very durable. I was shocked to see how expensive assist bands can be and most of them you had to buy in singles. This Iron Core "4 pack" has what most people would find to be sufficient, especially because you can mix and match the bands to get the resistance that you need. I use red and orange together for higher reps of strict dips, or just red. And I use black for strict pull ups, and red for strict chin ups when I start fatiguing. These bands haven't stretched out nor have they shown any sign of use. These are also great for physical therapy exercises and warm ups such as band pull aparts for arms and legs. I highly recommend these Iron Core bands.

These bands worked well at the beginning. Elasticity is good, and the resistance is rated well. However, the durability is not there. Over time, this band dried out and breaks extremely easily. I have other bands that I have had for years. Unfortunately, when I did simple bicep exercises this week, it snapped, each time I tried to use the remaining band. It appears to have no resilience. Again they were fine at the beginning. They still look new, bright in color and have no fraying or wear. The rubber just literally snapped in multiple places with a clean break. The material is failing.

My shoddy pull ups required a lot of assistance which these bands provided and continue to do so. Recommended.

Might benefit from some sort of handle to avoid hurting the soft flesh of the hands.
