Great Choice to Keep Track of Your Dogs Various Health Records
These are my personal choice for puppy health record keeping to provide to the puppies new owner in their puppy kits. Sturdy paper and has sections to keep health notes, deworming schedule records, and labels for vaccination records. I not only use these for the records to send with puppies to their new owners, these are my record card choice for my personal dogs. Plenty of space for everything health related.
