Phonak Retention Locks for Power xReceiver (Pair) - Black

Exactly what I needed. I don't understand why these little items are so expensive but they worked on my hearing aid perfectly

First I was so glad, I didn't have to go to my hearing aid office to purchase these as they would've charged some ridiculous high price... So thanks for even having them here at Amazon!! They were nice and easy to install and I was able to fit them on no problem. :)

These were the right item however they were way too big for the hearing aid. When I put on the earpiece they would not stay in place as they were twice the size they needed to be. They just spun around. Do you have a smaller size? Please respond as soon as possible

Way over priced, like everything related to hearing aids.

I have the Phonak Audeo V-10 hearing aids. The old ear speaker retention lock/loops in time became loose and would move up and down, sliding off the ear speaker housing that goes into your ear. These "standard" speaker retention lock loops were slightly smaller and installed snug/tight around speaker housing keeping them in place. It solved my problem and it's worth the high price if it keepings me from dropping/damaging/loosing my very expensive hearing aids.

These things may look weird to some, but people who prefer smaller nose pieces on their in canal hearing aids rely on them to keep their aids in place.

I bought these without knowing the right size. These are too big and I have already lost one. I will repurchase if they come smaller.

Quick review...not sure about the bad reviews I see on this product...I ordered these because I lost one of the originals....good price, CAME QUICKLY, EXACT MATCH to the originals...about 10 seconds, POOF! New retaining clips. PEFECT!
